I took a couple of days' rest from making maternity clothes but I finally did produce another top. This will probably be the last one from this version of this pattern, although I am tossing around the idea of making one with long sleeves, and possibly a dress as well, from the same pattern. I suppose I will have to see what I can put together from my fabric stash, as the larger pieces of fabric are hard to come by, and I am determined not to buy any more fabric until I have used up most of my stash.

I am not opposed to making patchwork clothing, if I have to.
The blue patterned fabric (a quilters' cotton) was what I originally had planned to work with, but once again found there was not quite enough. This time I found a contrasting, recycled tan cotton that had once been a shirt. Now it will live again, as the bodice and ties of my newest maternity shirt.
I haven't tried this one on yet, but I am more confident about liking it than I was the last one I made. Incidentally I did end up liking it, once I put it on.

I may take a brief break from maternity clothes ('though, not too long, as I really am starting to need them) to make my girls a few outfits. I saw this awesome little
tutorial and I just know that my little girly-girls would L.O.V.E. these skirts to death. Then of course they will need some little tops to go with them, I'm thinking...summer coming and all.
