PITA PIZZA
Pita Bread (1 to 2 loaves per person)
Pizza Sauce (we actually "prefer" Wal-Mart's brand Great Value)
Shredded Mozarella Cheese
Favorite Toppings (pepperoni, cooked ground beef or sausage, ham, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Using a regular spoon, spread prepared pizza sauce over a loaf of pita bread

Add shredded mozarella cheese

Add favorite toppings

Place prepared pita pizzas on parchment paper lined baking sheets

Bake 20 minutes (+/-) or until bubbly and cheese slightly brown

Cut w/pizza cutter
These are great when having sleep overs, birthday parties or extra friends over.
