Been A Busy Week!.... Wheeewww
Well we have new animals!! LOL Like we need anymore but we have to have a few more to complete the menagerie! So we now have rabbits... New Zealand and California crosses for meat. They are HUGE especially compared to my Youngest DD's little hotot dwarf!! LOL This is one of the Does. She is a 3 yr old a little old but still young enough to raise a few litters. They dont have names yet. They lack a lot of personality so kind of hard to name them!! Tehy all basically look like her....

Now On to the new pig... He is young he wont be 8 weeks till Wednesday. He is a little crabby too! LOL But he was taken from momma! He is fussing and growling at us. But he is cute!!! He will be used to breed the red wattle/Tamworth cross we have already.

Next is the lamb I couldn't resist putting new pictures up. He likes to be held just not caught.LOL momma is still not real sure of us but does tolerate us holding baby boy.. That's him at the top too..

We are butchering chickens Monday! Yeah!! LOL It will be so fun!! hmmm maybe I should add pics of how we butcher.. We don't currently pluck just skin and use them like that. Anyways that's all I have for now.. Have a good weekend all..

We need to butcher some chickens and ducks, it will be our first time. I am thinking about having DH just skin them too.

How cute. I love the pictures. We will be getting a butcher hog in 2 weeks. We couldn't wait till we breed our sow. We ran out of pork! God Bless, mj

Great pictures! I love new animals. We went to an auction today, lots there, but we only got some pigeons. We have a huge cage we got this spring and needed something to put in it. Of course if money were no object and feed and hay too, there were a few things I would have been tempted to buy.
