Bottled Water for Dogs?

This was in a Maine Newspaper today;

The only comment I have is that studies have shown pets with allergies, like mine that spring and or bottled water without flouride is best.  Too much of it can contribute to your pets symptoms.  I did try this with our lab and we did see an improvement.  (We have "city" water.) Please note I did not purchase water, I just filled some gallon jugs with fresh well water from relatives.
