Last night I awoke to some severe thunderstorms.  The lightning was very fierce!  This seemed to go on all through the early morning hours.  You couldnt help but rouse from your sleep as the lightning flashed  and the thunder sounded.  We've also had a steady rain all day and temp is a perfect 73 today.  I dont mind this much needed rain considering its been over a month since weve had any rain at all.

Has anyone ever had to cut school short because of bad behaviors ?  Well, thats what we've had to do today.   One of my boys has had 4 spankings and I ended up having to call dad at work, which Ive never had to do before.  Ugggg.  Of course it affects the rest of them and before you know it everyone is in a foul mood.  Sooo, we ate lunch and now everyone is doing chores.   Hopefully everyone will settle down because im suppose to have bible study tonight.  Not sure if I should leave them with the baby sitter.  I guess its natural to have days like this, but sure is hard when you do.

Time now to get a bit of cleaning done my self.
