2008 Birthday Bash

Our 2nd Annual Birthday Bash was a great success!  The girls really enjoyed their party this year.  We had around 70 people attend, which was double what we had last year.  All was going well with the slide in the backyard and everyone just hanging out, until the rain decided to dump a downpour on us.  So, in went 70 people to our quaint, but small house.  We enjoyed cupcakes and the girls opened their gifts while the rain came down.  We all fit, but it was a very tight squeeze!

After the rain quit, they blew up the slide again and this time it was better than a water slide at a water park!  We just couldn't enjoy the pinata because it was too wet, but that didn't seem to bother any of the kids.

I must admit, when I first read about your annual birthday parties, I thought, WHAT??? But now that I have seen pictures and heard you explain the whole event, I think it is a wonderful idea. NO, it isn't for everyone!

But with all girls in your family, I think it works!!!! You can focus all your time, money, efforts, etc. all in one big day for the girls. How wonderful. And thanks for the wonderful pics.
