Trying Simple Life in Taiwan

I am trying to make some things for baby......... maybe cause it's a girl I feel like this.....their things are just so much cuter!!! I think dh is going to get me a sewing machine for my birthday, that's what I keep hinting at........well, I told him either a sewing machine or the Russian tortoise......... I think the Russian tortoises are adorable and they grew big and don't need to be in water, they are land animals.........but he gives me the "oh brother" look.......so I bet his choice will be the sewing machine...........

Another I NEED AN  A HOMEMAKING BUDDY!!! I know that sounds crazy, but I am thinking I need someone to be accountable to....seriously....anyone want to do that with me? I need to be accountable in cooking and domestic duties, since we have gotten back from furlough I have been so lazy and gotten into a bad habit of doing nothing. granted the first few weeks back I was still sick thanks to Anna Joy:-) but now, I need to kick things into gear...............anyone want to do this with me?
