Blender Banana Bread Recipe (make ahead mix!)

Here is a recipe from my eBook, Wholesome Mixes, which is due to be released tomorrow!  Click here for more details!  

This recipe is from my grandma, Mrs. Yvonne Smith, and I would dare say that her banana bread is the BEST in the world!  (Of course, I'm not partial to my grandma's cooking or anything!).  The bread truly is moist and delicious... try it yourself!! 

• Blender Banana Bread

Mix: (makes 4 batches)

Cost per batch of mix: $.78

6 C whole wheat pastry flour

4 tsp baking soda

1 tsp sea salt

2 C sugar cane crystals

2 C organic brown sugar

Thoroughly mix ingredients and store in an air tight container.  Remaining ingredients and recipe, per batch, follow

3 bananas

1 C sour cream

½ C butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 C chopped walnuts or pecans

• In a blender or food processor, mash the bananas.  Add sour cream, butter and vanilla.  Process until well blended.  Sift in 2 ½ cups Blender Banana Bread mix, processing only until combined.  Fold in chopped nuts.  Pour into greased loaf pan and let rise for 30 minutes.  Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

do you have any more blender bread recipes? or are they all quick bread ones? do you have other mixes too?
