A School Desk for Amy

Jeremy purchased this old school desk at a garage sale for Amy last summer... we got it out a while back and decided to paint it so Amy could use it for school this year!

Amy wanted to paint it pink, to match her and Emily's room...

First I sanded down the rough spots with Jeremy's electric sander...

Then we got out the pretty pink paint... and started painting!

Amy painted, too...

Emily watching us work...

The finished product!
