Where can I buy healthy food??

I've been revamping our diet the past few months, and have slowly been replacing processed and refined foods with healthier choices.  Unfortunately, I've run into some trouble with finding a good grocery-shopping source!!  Since we live in a pretty rural area in Texas, it's diffictul finding stores that carry healthy and organic foods (particularly hard white flour and sugar cane crystals).  Can anyone recommend an online source for health and organic foods?  I found an awesome health food grocery market (Sun Harvest) where my parents' live, but the nearest one to us is several hours away.  Anyone know of a good online (or other) source for purchasing hard-to-find health food products??

Hi there! I know of a place here in GA that is a great store and it ships to wherever. Try www.breadbeckers.com You know to ship something that large would be good if you had some friends close by that you could go in together with and split the shipping. Hope that helps. Happy Healthy eating!

United Natural Foods. Request a catalog and a list of co-ops in your state.

Do a goggle search for organic food retailers in a 50 mile radius of your home. That might help shake something out!

BreadBeckers, UrbanHomemaker are both good sources.

I order from Country Life... I don't have the catalog handy, but they sell bulk whole grains and dried fruits and other items. Good prices, not sure if they deliver in your area...
