When did time decide to fly at warp speed. It seems like yesterday we were looking at our house to buy on our lunch hour from Walmart. That was 13 years ago, almost 11 years ago we were bringing our first born home from the hospital. Now we have 4 children and 7 months we will be married 15 years.
In 9 days we will celebrate the anniversay of our first date 17 years ago. We met at Walmart and I made the first move asking him out and then 3 years later we were married. How does time get away like that, I don't feel older. I still feel like I did in high school. I don't feel like a I am 36 almost 37 years old. I just blows my mind all the time to think of my self as a mother of 4 and married. It was something I had dreamed about since I was little. I never saw myself as a business person, working out in the real world all I ever wanted to be was a MOM. And some day's it can be very challenging. When the 1 year old moves from the trash can to the cabinets back to the trash can, and while I am cleaning that up he notices the bathroom door open and in he goes to get in the toilet. All while the 3 year old is crawling across the floor roaring like a lion and pushing his brother out of the way. And cringing when i look into the older kids bedrooms and see the piles they have been hiding from me. But when the 1 year old toddles up and gives you those wet kisses and the 3 year old tells me he loves me it makes it all worth it.
No if the older kids would just keep their room clean. No school on monday and we will be working on their rooms.
Blessings to all

I think I could have wrote this post! Well, we have only been married 11.5 years and just bought our place almost 5 years ago, but I totally understand the "where did the time go?" question. I still feel like the same person... Am I really the "mom" to our four children? I loved your sharing of the one year old and three year old... how true!!!!
