More pictures and updates..

Ok Since the kids are watching a movie, I thought I would post more.

This is the beginning of putting in the cabinets, We never had cabinets on this wall, this is where we did have out kitchen table until we tore it out.

Here is where the refrigerator will be with cabinets and counter top

Here are some new cabinets, this is where my refrigerator was... now I will have cabinets and counter tops.

Here is the cabinets at the kitchen sink, and then we will have like an L with 2-3 stools on the other side as a breakfast nook.

Refrigerator installed.  On Monday the counter top will be put in.. I will post pictures soon..

I am hoping to get them posted then. 

Today in PA it is starting to rain, and of course we were going to cut the grass, now I guess it has to wait until tomorrow unless it clears up soon.  I really can't wait until I have a kitchen to cook in.  It's been a month since I have had an oven or stove.  I miss baking especially, but soon, I know good things take time. 

  We had a nice camping trip last week, but it was COLD for our June trip, mostly in the 60's when it's usually in the low 80's and one year we had HOT AND HUMID 90's that I don't care for.

  We are so busy all summer, I only had one weekend where I can fit in my annual picnic, which will be August 9th.  I could have done it the 2nd also but our daughter Sue has a conference for work that weekend so that is out.  This weekend John has to finish up the electrical stuff for the kitchen, next weekend we have a picnic to go to, July 12th is our Lancaster trip (Brenda you won't be out there will you? )  July 19th is our concert we have tickets for, July 26th is our next vacation, then it's August already.. where has the summer gone?  Although it really has just started, but I hate when things fill up like this, I like a nice slow paced life, which doesn't happen often enough.  We are going camping again the 3rd week of August.  I think we like to do that so much because it is a slow pace for us and we don't have to be anywhere special at any time, if we want to take the day slow we do, if we want to sit at the campsite while the kids are riding rides we can.  Last week we went to the "red deer farm" I do need to post pictures, those deer are awesome!! 

  Well I better run, I want to read a few blogs and figure out what's for dinner tonight.

I understand not being able to cook in your kitchen. We did a small re-do in the kitchen a few years ago and it still gives me nightmares. I had a small baby and was VERY sleep deprived. Dh and I are talking about finishing the kitchen and I get that horrible feeling. lol. Hope you enjoy the new kitchen. I
