I Learned to Pressure Can!
I taught myself to pressure can.  I studied and then my sister read me the steps so I would not leave anything out.  I am so happy!

I am so glad you learned this, and have done a great job. You and your family will be fat and sassy this winter. You'll find you might be canning some in the winter. Here something always comes up to can. And when friends know you can, they'll being giving you their extras. You can, can just about all food, even recan store bought from #10 cans etc. Have a great day.
