lightning strikes again!

My computer got hit by lightning, so I have to use the library's computer for a while.I will only be able to check my page about once a week, when I am in town. I am currently looking for a computer mother board to replace the fried one. I guess it will cost about $100. That beats the price of a new one since my computer is only about 5 years old. I really do not want to get one with vista and the old one has ALL of my pictures and documents on it. AAAAAAAHHHHHH. I cried! I know that it seems kinda petty to cry over something soo small, but I didnt back up any of my pictures. Yes, I know that it was stupid. I will do better next time. I gotta go my time is up. I burn pictures to cd's as soon as I have enough. I would cry too if I lost all my grandkid's pictures. I will ask my computer teacher in the morning how to retrieve those for you if that section of the pc is still okay. Was it the modem that burned up? Let me know. If the virtual memory cards aren't burned up can I have them? I love you.
