Strawberry Icing Recipe

3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 stick butter

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup strawberry preserves

1/2 cup mashed strawberries, sweet to your tase with sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients until smooth and then apply to your cake or cupcakes.
