Cinnamon Candy

1 cup Brown sugar

2 tablespoons Butter

1/2 cup Corn syrup

1 tablespoon Cinnamon

1/2 cup Water

Combine ingredients. Boil to soft crack stage (275 - 280 F). Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan. When cool, cut in squares.
