This recipe makes 3 dozen brownies. YUMMY!
1 pkg (9x13 pan size) fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 T instant vanilla pudding mix
2-3 T milk
1 can (16 oz) chocolate fudge frosting
Prepare brownie mix according to the package directions. Spread the batter into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick insertedd 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
In a mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, and pudding mix until blended. Add enough milk to achieve spreading consistency. Frost brownies. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Spread with fudge frosting. Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator. |
