It is so important to keep our hands clean and free of germs during this time of year. The flu is hitting hard. Here is a simple recipe for a hand sanitizer that you can use when you are out in public and can't wash your hands with soap and water... You will need some vegetable glycerine, rubbing alcohol, tea tree essential oil, and lavender essential oil. Simply add 1/2 TB of rubbing alcohol to 1 cup of vegetable glycerine and mix it together well. Add 1-2 drops of tea tree oil and 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil. Blend the ingredients together and pour it into a small bottle. Shake well. You only need a few drops. If it is too runny, add more glycerine. This is perfect to carry in your purse or diaper bag.
