Exercise does work!I've been exercising in my home using dvd's pretty consistently for the last couple of months. I've discovered that if I do not exercise regularly, my body starts to rebel and my knees and hips, etc. start hurting for no apparent reason. Once I start a regular exercise routine, however, the pain drops off dramatically. Now, there IS some pain in my muscles as I get in shape but I'm hopeful that it will disappear as I get more fit.I started off using a basic pilates program that targets abs, butt, and thighs. I still use that one most every day because it's a great toner and helps me stay flexible. Then I realized I need more cardio/aerobic work, since I do not get out for walks as much as I intended. So I found a fun dance aerobic dvd. It has10 minutes segments that really get my heart pumping! That is basically what I use. I feel great when I exercise and I am coming to rely on it for energy and feeling good physically. Now if I can just get back on the eating healthier bandwagon, I'll be good to go! ![]() 03:26 - Monday, January 29, 2007 - post comment
