First Haircut and Glitter!Lydia had her first haircut today. Just a trim to tame the mass of curls on her little head. She sat on my lap and sat nice while the lady worked. Since Josiah needed a haircut too we had him go first so she could watch him sit still. She is such a copier, especially of her older siblings, and it worked.![]() Yesterday Lydia got a small tube of glitter open and got some in her mouth. She spit most of it out but I was looking forward to seeing her next messy diaper. Today, at McDonald's I changed her sparkly diaper! lol Tonight we are starting a new small group at our new jr. high minister's house. It's a couples study and the children will be able to go in their basement with a babysitter. Our church is doing a 40 Days of Community campaign using Rick Warren's materials. We'll be learning how to love one another. I'm looking forward to the next 40 days....Recently, I've been hearing God calling me to be an encourager, with all the people I'm seeing in my life going through various trials and struggles. The timing of this campaign (and God's call) couldn't be better. 04:04 - Monday, January 15, 2007 - post comment
