Catching up

No news from the doctor again today.  I was really hoping they'd tell me, "Wow! You're ready!" or at least, not much longer now, but they think he may not come until the 20th, and maybe even later.  She said that walking helps, so I'm going to start walking.

My fil had surgery today (southernbelle's dh) on his finger.  She said it went well. 

Our house is coming along nicely.  Cabinets are up, walls are being painted today, and the floors should be gotten to this weekend.  If Knox waits around, maybe we will be in the house before he comes.  :o)

I know that these are the longest days now just waiting..My daughter in laws doctor (and the old folks) told her last year when she had her little one that he delivers 90% of his babies on the full moon..I had all mine also on the full moon...Check out the calender...LOL Can't wait to see Knox...Debie

Hang in there! My wee one is 8 weeks old today and I was just commenting to my husband how the 8 weeks since he was born sure went more quickly than the 8 weeks before he was born! Before long all of your waiting will be a dim memory. Good luck!

I did just about everything. I RAN up multiple flights of stairs, I walked for 2-3 miles a day, I moved a pile of bricks . . . nothing. My lil man arrived 9 days late, long after I had given up. :)
I think walking might have helped more but I walked my entire pregnancy? So it didn't stress my body much. I was used to it. But running stairs . . . well, I thought for sure I had him there!
