My Ramblings

My birthday was full of wonderful suprizes!!  I shall post the pictures this evening, as I don't have my camera with me at work.  I woke (as I previously stated) to my husband bringing me breakfast in bed.  We got ready and I went to work.  Not too much later he brought me a SlushPuppie!  Yum!  I love them.  And then he had to go to LA to pick up cake for our anniversary coming up.  I ate leftovers from the night before's birthday dinner with Dad (we did it early b/c he wouldn't be in town on my real birthday) which was delicious!  Then at work I got a nice visit from my Granny and from my best friend.  My friend brought her neice with her, who is only 1 month old.  She was fun to play with for a little while.  After work, dh and I went to the house to open presents!!!  He got me a Wustoff knife, a magnetic knife holder, a beautiful new apron, and a microplane for zesting!!!!  I have been wanting all of those!!!  He's too good to me!  I took pictures of it with my new camera that my dad gave me.  After that, we went for dinner at a sushi restaurant (which I'm excited about the leftovers for lunch today!!) and icecream, since we had cake last week for his bday, and next week, too.  But then I realized that it wasn't really the same for me without a cake.  When we got home, dad had arrived, and we all went to get an icecream cake!
