Monkey Bread
This is SOOOO delicious!!!!
Monkey Bread
2 cans whop (canned) biscuits)
1 stick of butter
1 cup of sugar
2 Tablespoons of water
Pecans (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350.
Quarter both cans of biscuits. Crush the pecans. Melt the sugar and butter and water together over the stove. Sprinkle some of the pecans into a sprayed (with Pam or the like) bunt pan. Put a layer of the biscuit chunks in the pan, just enough to cover the bottom. Sprinkle in the rest of the pecans. Put in the rest of the biscuits. Pour in the melted butter mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden. Let cool 5-10 minutes, until warm, but not hard. Place dish on top of bunt pan, flip, and serve. It should be ooey-gooey and delicious!!!
