Early Morning
Today was an early morning for me... I woke up around 7:15. I usually don't get up until at least eight. Wes and I went to chick-fil-a to meet a friend, but he ended up not being able to make it, so we enjoyed our chicken biscuits together.
Afterwards, we decided to get online at the library, so that is where we are. I don't have class today, so I will try to find something to occupy my time. My dad hired me to do a watercolor of a house he designed for his office, so I may work on it today. I need to get some larger paper. Good thing I can get it from the art department! I believe I am making fajitas tonight for dinner, although I don't have any bell peppers handy...But I don't mind too much b/c although I like their flavor, I don't care to eat them. Only Wesley does in our house. But I do have an onion.
I will probably continue with some homework so that I don't have to do it all next week. My culture for the week is Hellenistic art. (See previous blog for explanation) I have started reading the chapter already. I am not as interested in it as I was with early Middle Eastern art, but it interesting on some levels. I should probably vaccum, too, but I must try to convince myself to pull out the vaccum cleaner from the back of the closet before I do it. I have been trying to convince myself to do it for a couple of days.
My best friends's sister just had a little girl this morning! We are excited for her. I knit some hot pink fuzzy booties to give her. I would like to work on a scarf I started last week, but I put it away somewhere before bed one night, and now I can't remember where. I feel like I'm losing my mind sometimes. I hear it may have to do with the pregnancy.
