The NOTICER  by Andy Andrews

Sometimes, all a person needs is a little perspective.

This story is said to be your chance to regroup, take a breath, and begin your life again in the simple wisdom and heartwarming story of a man named Jones.

It was an entertaining story to read, and had some good points.  Andy Andrews, or Jones, says that what most people have is a lack of perspective.  As a Noticer, Jones notices things and helps the people around him gain a little perspective.

I did find it a pleasant story, though not one that really intrigued me or made a big impact.  Some of the advice given in the book was not what I would call wise, such as telling a group of young people they should consider their friends as filters to determine if someone is suitable as a potential life partner.  Andrews also referred to four dialects that we use to convey and feel love, which seemed to be very similar to the work done previously by Gary Chapman in the Love Languages books.

All in all, it was not a bad book, but not one that I would highly recommend.
