Oops!
I just realized it's been quite a while since I've been here! No I haven't had Lucas yet. I've been so busy trying to keep the house in order, which is difficult when you have 3 children who think it's fun to mess up. Oh well.
Things are going well here otherwise. Rach & Issac are enjoying school. Speaking of Issac, his dental surgery went very well. He needed 2 silver caps and nothing else. We had to go to the hospital of course since they were putting him to sleep. I didn't think we'd be there as long as we were. We were there at least 4 hours, 2 of those spent waiting for them to take him back for surgery. He went for a Happy Meal after we left ;) 2 days later he got a card in the mail from the nurses in Same Day Surgery with a bunch of stickers...it tickled him to death!
Well I need to go get ready for church, have a great day!

Tired!
 This is what I feel like right now LOL. I would take a nap, but I still need to start supper and stuff. I've been trying to keep up with my housework so that we're not overrun with junk.
This week is busy, I have my OB appt Thursday and a dermatologist appt Friday. Issac has his dental surgery next Tuesday, we'll find out tomorrow what time it is.
Got to go get busy some...have a good day!

Friday
I'm so glad it's Friday! I miss my honey when he's at work.
Good news! Ethan did GREAT at the dentist! He wanted me to go back with him, and they let me since it was his first visit to a dentist. All the ladies there kept saying how handsome he is (which of course he is  ). I think he most enjoyed the chair and "Mr. Thirsty" drinking the water out of his mouth LOL. Issac's physical went fine yesterday as well, although I sort of feel it was a waste of time. They did less yesterday than they did at his 5 year physical pffffft. I coulda stayed home. Oh well it's over with, now I just have his surgery to dread 
Today's agenda is laundry as usual, and I need to get milk since I forgot it yesterday. We'll see when I actually feel like going, I May wait until Jerm gets home.
Well, I'm off to finish my coffee and surf the net for a while. Have a great Friday all!

AGH who wants to be me today?!
I have to take Ethan, my lovely, high-spirited, ornery 3 year-old to the dentist today for the first time. Will someone take my place? LOL I am dreading it sooooo much! He's already said he doesn't want to go, although when he's talked about it he was excited. SO, who knows?
Issac has a physical tomorrow, for his dental surgery on the 26th. He had been to the dentist before but for some reason the lat time he went he got very upset and wouldn't let them look his mouth. Pooh.
Oh well I'd better go finish my coffee and get ready.

Tuesday
I can't believe how fast time is going by! It's nearly the middle of August now. Hopefully within the next month I'll have my new baby boy! I've been trying to keep up with the housework, I've been getting tired easily again so it's a little harder now.
I've got a busy month this month. Ethan has his first dentist appointment tomorrow...I hope he does alright. Issac has a physical next Wednesday, because he's having dental surgery on the 26th. I have a dermatologist appointment on the 25th, plus my OB appointments. Oy I can't wait until the month is over! I'll be a nervous wreck over Issac I know. I told Jerm he HAS to take that day off and go with us, there's no way I can get through it without him there.
Today on my agenda is laundry (big surprise there, huh?), pick up the junk off the floor that I didn't do last night, and of course school.
Guess I'd better get started on my day!

Wednesday blahs
Ugh I feel tired and blechy today...I slept ok last night, better than usual, but not great. I woke up around midnight to my skin itching like crazy. SO of course I had to lay awake and scratch a while. Oh well it's pretty normal for me.
The kids have been kind of wild this week or something, I'm not sure what's gotten into them, but I hope it goes away quickly, I'm too tired!
Issac told me Monday that he thinks school is fun, which made me feel good; like looking for the best diet pill and finding it! LOL I'm really happy that he's enjoying it, it makes my Mommy-day 
Today on my to-do list is laundry, sweeping (and maybe mopping) the floors, um, and school and cooking. I really want to nap but not sure it'll happen or not, depends on Ethan.

Great homeschool resources
Most of us here have probably heard about The Old Schoolhouse Magazine (TOS) and The brand spanking new Schoolhouse Planner they offer, but I'm sure not everyone has!
First we'll talk about The Schoolhouse Planner. I admit I wasn't big on lists and planning very much, but this planner is so fantastic! It has so much to offer a home schooling family, whether you are new to home schooling or are an old pro! Some of the features are:
* Several calendar formats (yearly, monthly)
* Forms to aid you in planning your curriculum
* Financial planning forms
* A schedule for reading the Bible through the year!
* Menu-planning, food, and grocery log sheets
I loved being able to sit down and plan out some of our schooling, and the kids really got into helping plan our menus! Next month, we will be a family of six, and now I have a great place to keep up with appointments. It felt good to sit down and have somewhere to write down out home schooling goals for the year. Monday again
Time sure is flying by it seems! Maybe because I've been busy with housework, schooling the kids and such. I've started getting the 3rd trimester tiredness, I have to really make myself do housework now. Ah I wish I could get someone else to do it all for me until the end of the the year or so That's not gonna happen though so I'll wash that wish away!
My baby shower is this Saturday, I Must say I'm excited! I'm like a little kid, I love opening presents! My BFF is having the shower for me, and it's all gonna be family mostly. Our church is having one for me on the 17th. I never had showers with either of the boys, but I did have 2 with Rach so this will be nice.
We've been talking a lot lately about remodeling the house here and there. We still need to paint the walls, fix the bathroom (there's mold under the sink BLAH!), and put moulding or whatever around the base of the living room walls, since we have nice new flooring down, but that will wait until we paint! Jerm talked too about getting a flat screen TV and maybe an LCD mount to hang it with or something...that would kinda be cool, if it will stay on the wall.
Well I'd better git, my back is hurting from sitting here surfing too long. Have a great evening!

It's Saturday!
Well, I'm sitting here peacefully drinking my coffee and eating my granola bar. Notice I said peacefully. All 3 kiddos are at the ILs for a campout! We took them there last night; this is the first time Ethan has gone so I wonder how he was. It was interesting for the ILs I'm sure I was actually able to sleep halfway decent all night long, and not wake up to Ethan telling me to "Get up, Mommy, the sun is up!" Ah, I do miss them, but the quiet and relaxation is nice for a change, I'm not sure when it'll happen again LOL.
Jerm is still asleep of course, they've been working him like a dog the last few weeks.
Well, I'm off to relax some more, I'm not sure when the kiddos will be home yet.

Ah relaxation!
Here we are on a Sunday evening; Jerm is watching NASCAR, the kids are out playing, and I'm surfing the web. I'm thinking about going to the store for milk and coffee creamer, but I haven't made up my mind yet.
Church was nice today, although I itched through most of it. Jerm's aunt gave us a bunch of corn from her garden today...YUM! I may eat some tonight I took a nap on the ILs' couch today, which means I will prolly stay up a little late tonight so I'm not laying there trying to go to sleep.
My face has started breaking out again...yuck! I'm not sure if it's the heat or hormones, or could be both I guess. I wish there was an acne cure, Jerm has suffered with it since his teen years, although it isn't as bad as it was back then. Mine is actually worse now in my adult years than it was in my teens.
Well I think I"m gonna shuck and boil some corn! (sending ya some Jill!  )

Sunday!
Ugh I thought I'd NEVER get to sleep last night! I know it was after 1:30 this morning before I did finally fall asleep. I think I forgot to take my allergy meds yesterday, so I itched for a while last night. Of course my skin was sore this morning when I woke up LOL> Oh well, as usual, I'll live!
We're going to Jerm's parents' church again today. He's not preaching, we're just going there. He does preach there again next Sunday, though.
Jerm's Mom is going to the beach the end of August. Man, I wish I Could go on vacation somewhere! Maybe some Las Vegas travel, or to the beach (I've never been), or even to Biltmore again. I haven't been in vacation in 8 years!
Well I guess I got to go get ready for church. Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!

Friday was a busy day!
Well, ok, yeah, it's still Friday! Most of the day is over though. I spent most of the day doing laundry, I'm nearly caught up! I had a bunch of dirty laundry in a huge Rubermaid tote, so I got all that into the hamper, cleaned the tote out, and packed away most of our winter clothing. Better late than never I guess! We need to get the boys a new dresser, the one they have isn't really big enough for all their clothes. Rach needs a new one as well, hers is falling apart!
When I've had the time today, I've been browsing the net reading articles and such. I love finding out information on something I haven't read or heard about before. I've been reading about different home school curricula, not that I'm buying any more, I just like to read about it. I've also been checking out different diaper patterns to see if I Want to try any more; I've been reading about Fenphedra, which I haven't heard of before today.
Oh! Mom gave me some more cukes and tomatoes today! When I can get a few more cukes I'll put some more pickles up. I'm not sure she gave me enough tomatoes to do a lot with, although she did give me some green ones!  Fried Green Maters! WOO! Now I'm really wanting some...maybe for a snack!
Well, I want to get my dishes done, have a great evening!

Thursday again...appointment update and such
Well I think I gained a pound in 2 weeks, and my belly seems to be measuring on time. See? Told ya nothing exciting LOL. Although I do get to have another ultrasound in 2 weeks, they want to check Lucas' growth and kidneys, even though everything looked better on the last u/s. Oh well, it'll be nice to see the little booger again!
Oh here's something funny...MIL locker herself and the kids out of her house today! She called me to let me know so I could go to FIL's workplace to get his house keys from him. Haha that's like something I Would do.
One of the kids didn't shut one of the van doors too well yesterday I guess, because when we went to leave out earlier the van wouldn't turn over. SO, I had to charge the battery real quick. Which of course made me run later than I'd like but I think I was still on time.
I've been looking around for an lcd monitor for my Dad...he's a gadget fiend. Maybe that's where I Get it from? I love having new toys to play with!
Well I'd better git, I Have dishes to wash!

Thursday 7-24
My 32 week appointment is in a couple hours, so I'll update on that later on after I get back home. I'm sure there'll be nothing new to report LOL.
We may try and get some paint tomorrow and paint the living room this weekend. The walls just look pitiful from the kids drawing on them. Later on we may get some chalk paint so the kids can still draw, but ONLY on that area!...at least I Hope so.
We need to get the kids' closets cleaned out...they're still full of a bunch of mine and Jerm's old stuff...he's got weight benches in there and everything! My wedding dress was in Rach's closet but I took it out a while back and put it in mine. I want to have it preserved so it doesn't get ruined.
Well I'd better get the kiddos ready, be back later!

Wednesday again?
Well today is another Wednesday! I didn't realize what day it was until I Heard the garbage truck. How sad is that? I can barely keep up with my days any more.
I'm still trying to catch up on laundry. I still have a lot to go. Then maybe I can get on a normal schedule or something LOL>.
Supper tonight will be beef stew. I bought some half runner beans from a produce stand Friday; Rach, Ethan and I broke and strung them today, and I put them in with the stew...YUM! I may make cornbread to go with it as well.
We had 3 ears of corn that Jerm got out of the garden Monday! I can't wait to munch on one!
I think we're going to get the kids new bikes for Christmas this year, since Rach & Issac have both learned to ride. I've been looking around to see if I could find the best buy, and also looking around for other ideas as well.
Well, guess I'd better go fix a bowl of ice cream before Lucas goes hungry from his craving! *snicker*

Tuesday again!
Well today I took my best friend to eat at the Olive Garden for her birthday...it was so yummy! We always get the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. I picked up some Sarna lotion today because I've been itching like crazy lately...I can't wait to go to the dermatologist next month. I'm about to go crazy! I even itch when water touches me, like in the bath or shower. UGH! Oh well, I'll live LOL.
My next OB appointment is Thursday, I guess I'll be taking the kids with me since Mom watched them today. That should be interesting!

Sunday July 20th
AH today was a hot, goopy day! Jerm preached this morning (and very well I Might add!), then off to the ILs for lunch as usual. We had grilled chicken, it was sooo yummy! I sweated like a man it was so hot out. I even had to shower after we got home. I normally only shower every other day unless I'm outside a lot.
I took the kids to a birthday party at Burger King yesterday, they had a blast. I guess we were there 2.5 hours...I was ready to leave! Sitting on a hard bench for that long is not fun at all! Of course the kids would've stayed all day if I'd let them. I needed some nice, large, cushy home theater seating to sit on when I got home!
Oh well, I'm gonna go lay down, my stretching belly is hurting!

Friday's here
Had to make another run to the store today...I needed to pick up a gift for a bday party we're going to tomorrow. I also made a stop to a local produce stand and got some half runner beans, peaches, plums, and bananas. Mom gave me some pickling cukes today so I may try and pickle them today.
I fell in the kitchen a few minutes ago. I tripped on something in the floor; luckily I didn't fall too hard. I'll hafta keep an eye on Lucas' movements and such for a while. Ethan, my little stinker, sat on the couch and laughed at me. My wrist and hiney might be sore later but I think all will be well.

Thursday
Woo! Jerm's job finally started direct deposit again...which means his checks go in a day early! Which means he got paid today in stead of tomorrow, which means I can do my shopping and avoid the Friday rush! Can you tell I'm excited? LOL
I bought all our meat the 1st of the month from a butcher shop so we don't really need any more for the rest of the month, I Just need to buy veggies and such. I have to remember to buy Issac some soy butter, he's been wanting a sandwich.
Well, got to start my day!
