• Friday, April 25, 2008 - Frogs and Toads

Today my Dad caught a toad.  We named it Beans.  We were excited because Eli, got a frog/bug habitat for Easter.  We let Beans jump on the schoolroom floor to see how far it could jump.   I was holding Beans and it jumped out of my hands onto Carlie's head.  She SCREAMED!!! It was funny, and she laughed after it was over. Here is Beans in the habitat. The reasons I know it is a toad instead of a frog is, that toads have bumpy dry skin and Frogs have wet and slimy skin. Another is frogs eyes bulge out much more than toads.  I like knowing the difference! I HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY ! Love, Cameo

• Friday, March 7, 2008 - My Dog Cody

This is me and my Dog Cody.  We went and walked around our farm land yesterday and Mom took our picture.  Cody is a lot like his mom Dixie because he has whiskers on his head but he is all black and his mom is black and brown mixed.   I also think he is going to get bigger than her.  He is a fun dog.

• Monday, February 25, 2008 - The Carolina Chickadee

The Carolina Chickadee is so cute to me.  The length of a Chickadee is 4 1/2 to 4 3/4 inches.  They are really small birds.  The boy and girl has a black cap and bib; gray back; white cheeks and breast; yellowish tan sides.  They are friendly little birds. We have a lot of Carolina Chickadee's! They like seeds, they eat spiders, and they like peanut butter mix, and suet too. Here is a picture of a Carolina Chickadee at our feeder in Bird Central! • Wednesday, January 23, 2008 - Trip to Pigeon Forge

My Mom went on a ladies retreat last weekend.  My Dad drove us up on Saturday to Pigeon Forge.  We had a really good time.  The cabin was pretty and big.  I liked it a lot.  Here is a picture of me outside the cabin, it was cold.

• Saturday, December 1, 2007 - Dixie and the bunny

Last  Monday Eli went  to feed the bunny and he left the door of the bunny cage open and left. Well a couple of min. later the bunny was out of the cage me and Dixie went to find the bunny so I said go get the bunny and Dixie got the bunny by the ears and Dixie gave the bunny too me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yippee Dixie had puppies she had 4.They are all black, one has a white line down its nose.  Another has white paws, and the other two are solid black.  They are so cute.  Cowgirl "Jade came over after school and saw the puppies!!! !!!!!!!!!!  I'M GLAD DIXIE HAD HER PUPPIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!                              Have a nice day.

• Tuesday, September 18, 2007 - Our time at the Circus

Last night my family went to the circus in our hometown.  It was FUN! When we saw  that  you  can  take  one  picture  of  your  family  with  an  alligator  or  snake  we  wanted to.  We didn't have a picture with a snake because Mom  is  TERRIFIED of snakes!!!  she  is  REALLY  REALLY  SCARED!! • Friday, September 14, 2007 - Why I like Fall

Why  I   like  fall is because  the  colors  are  pretty  and  it  is  cool.  The colors in fall are my favorite because I like brown, red, yellow and orange.  I only like orange a little bit because I DO NOT like the TN Volunteers Football team.  I AM A GEORGIA BULLDOGS FAN!!!  I also like fall because snakes do not like cool weather.  My Mom is VERY afraid of snakes.  I like to walk in the woods in the fall.  I like fall  because  I LOVE to help my Mom decorate the house.  We put out pumpkins and mums and leaves and scarecrows.  My Mom makes fabric pumpkins and she sells them on her website,  It's Sew Pretty. and her Etsy shop Growing Happy Hearts I love her pumpkins, I like to name them!   Have a fun day!
