Today was so busy. First I went to the post office and delivered the books I sold on Amazon.com. Then we went to the library. Then...off to do BB gun shooting with our two younger children. They had a lot of fun. My husband went to Wayne State University with our 18 year old daughter to see if she wants to go to that school in the fall.
Then My husband went to pick up his mom from the airport. She is here for three weeks. She has dimentia and can't remember anything. LOL.....listen to this.....
She came from Virginia to here (Michigan). I asked her how her flight was. LOL!!! She said that the airplane NEVER left the ground! LOL! I asked her how she got here to Michigan then. She said that the airplane just moved a little on the ground and she was here! I said, "Mom, you must of fell asleep." She looked at me like I was crazy, and told me that she did not fall asleep. This sure is going to be an interesting visit. My children are thrilled by her being here.
Wow, Wow, WOW!! I have made ~$150.00 selling my books on Amazon this week! I sold 27 books and made that money after all costs including shipping. I know I probably sound like an advertisement, but, still, WOW! It only takes me ONE minute to post a book because they have the picture of the book up already. All you have to do is put in the ISBN #.
I am really excited about this. I would probably get only $5.00 in a garage sale. LOL!!!
This is gonna' be a long one.
A few years ago, we took a loan out on our PSP (401) Retirement plan. We always made payments to pay it off on Roger's pay check. Well last year, Roger went on sick leave because he caught menegitis and ended up in the hospital. Then he was off for a while after that because of virtigo caused from the menegitis. While he was off work, he didn't get pay checks, so payments did not go to the PSP loan. When he went back to work, the payments to the loan started back up. It shows on all his pay stubs that we were paying the loan.
Well... we just got a pretty hefty 1099 stating that we defaulted on the loan when Roger was in the hospital! This is a nasty $24,000 1099! To make matters even worse, our daughter can qualify for merit scholarships for college if we a low enough income. This ruins that possiblily. Not only will we pay penalty's ($2,400) plus income taxes, we will loose $12,000 in merit scholarships! Not only that...Roger paid these loan payments AFTER taxes! We are still paying the loan! It says PSP loan payment in his stubs! We did not default!
Is there anyone with advice out there?
I was making kefir everyday with my little kefir grains. Everyone was drinking smoothies every morning. Now nobody is drinking them. So now I have a large build up of kefir drink. What should I do with it all now? I hate to just throw it all out! I am tired of making the kefir drink since no one is drinking it. I think it is just a lull for now. Everyone will want it as soon as I quit making it for a while. I think I will have to freeze the little grains for now. Here I come Dom's Site....Oh well..
I guess it is time for me to clean out my refigerator. Yes, I will do it today. I am so happy because I am ahead in my cleaning routine today. My bedroom is getting cleaner everyday. I had paperwork in there mounting up for a while. I was putting it all in baskets. The problem with baskets are...if you have to find something in one of them, they throw-up all over the room. LOL! I am emptying all of them one-by-one.
I love this blogging thingy. I love making new friends and reading their blogs. This is so much fun.

For the past year, I had a housecleaner every-two-weeks. I did this in order to spend more time focusing on my business. Now I do not need to spend the extra time on the business. Also, my housecleaner was getting very careless with the cleaning. She was coming in a half hour later and leaving an half-hour earlier! My husband was also complaining about the quality of work.

. We have two children together. They are 9 and 11. Also we have two from Roger's previous marriage. They are 18 and 20.
I love the Lord. I was always a doubting Thomas type
. God had to show himself to me in some really clear ways. I was raised in church all my life. However, as much as I wanted a close relationship with God, I had a lot of doubts. I am finally really secure in my faith in him. I can finally rest in Him.
