Sorry it has taken me so long to write another post, everything has been so chaotic lately. Yesterday my mom went to do some work in town, and my brothers and I went to my aunt's house for the day! I had a good time! She is an awesome aunt, and I always enjoy going to her house!
On my last post someone left me a comment asking what my favorite movies are. I like so many movies that it is hard to choose from. I will name 5 of my favorite movies. 1-Pirates of the Caribbean 1,2,and 3, 2- Pride and Prejudice, 3- The Love Comes Softly Series, 4-I like several James Bond Movies, 5-Saving Sarah Cain. Those are all really good movies!
This Saturday the church that we do Monday school in is having a work day, we are going to have to clean the inside and the outside of the church. Everyone has to be there that is involved with the Monday school program and the people that go to that church! We have to be there at 9:00am, and we aren't for sure what time we are going to leave.
I can't think of anything else to write, so this will have to do for now!

Wednesday, February 13, 2008 - Hello, I'm still here! |
On Monday my brothers and I went to the co-op. For those who don't know what that is, if you look about 4-5 entrys down I explained it there. Anyway it was REALLY fun! I learned a LOT of different things. My favorite classes so far are Writing the Novel Way and Vocabulary! I can't wait till next Monday!
On Saturday I am going to help out at a Valentine's banquet. Some people that go to our church host the Valentine's banquet every year, they sell tickets for it, and they usually have a good turn out. The banquet is held at a school near where I live. I am going to help out, so I will be a waitress for the evening!!! I am supposed to were a black pair of pants and a white shirt. Thankfully I have both of those things!

Thursday, January 17, 2008 - how y'll doing? |
I finally got the second book in the Prairie River Series; it is really good so far.
The alpaca job is going fairly well. The owners are coming back on Monday the 21st. I will be glad when they are back. Taking care of alpacas is defiantly a hard job, and it takes up so much time.
My mom is going to Orlando, Florida in about two weeks. She has a convention that she has to go to for her work. She will be gone for four days. It will be a LONG four days at our house, LOL!
Next week my brothers and I are going to start going to a co-op for homeschoolars. Just incase you don’t know what that is, I will tell you. Every Monday between 9:00-3:00 there are different classes that we go to and learn different things. There are about 10-15 classes for kids of all ages to participate in. there are about 7 classes in my age group that I can do, but some of the classes are at the same time so I can’t do all the classes. I am doing about 4-5 classes. The one class that I am really excited about is Writing the Novel Way. I LOVE writing and I have always wanted to write a book. The class sounds like fun and I will most likely learn some good tips about writing a book!
My brother is going to his friend’s birthday party today! He is going to leave in about 30 minutes. He will be gone for about 2-3 hours, so it will be very peaceful in this house! LOL!

Hello blogger,
Is it just me or are there other people who think that it is ridiculous that people are offended by other people being saying Merry Christmas? This is my opinion on that........ Christmas is a Christian holiday, period. How did the whole Christmas holiday start?------------- The birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, he was born in a stable in Bethlehem. People came from miles away to bring him gifts, and the wise men followed a star for miles just to see our Lord Jesus. How ridiculous it is that people are trying to take Christ out of Christmas, when Christmas all started because of Christ! Next time you go into a store, look how many things are Happy Holidays, and look how many of the decorations for Christmas are everything that DOESN'T have to do with Christ.
Now, in some stores they are not aloud to call Christmas trees, Christmas trees they can only call them family trees. I think that is wrong, a Christmas tree is a Christmas tree, it will always be a Christmas tree. Christ is Christmas and it will always be! and it is wrong that people try to change the meaning of Christmas.

Well now that I got that out of my system I will tell a few different things that have been going on around here lately.
Last night we got two an a half inches of snow! But in the morning it started raining, and it is pretty much slush. On Saturday the news says that we are suppose to get a good amount of snow, and it is supposed to stay for awhile!
Today I am at my aunts house, while my mom is working in town. I love my aunt sooooooo much, she is very nice, and fun to hang out with. My brother Jared came with me, and my aunt is babysitting here grandchild Hayden. Hayden is 7 months, and he is such a cutie!!!

Monday, November 26, 2007 - Snow!Snow!Snow! |
Hello bloggers,
How are you all doing!!!! I hope you enjoyed the pics in the last post!
Today it snowed!!!! It started to snow around 7:00pm. I love to play in the snow, I like to sled and snowboard! Do you all like to play in the snow?
Today was a normal day. We had swimming this morning. My mom organized swimming lessons at a local swimming pool for some of the homeschool people in the area. We do swimming lessons in the fall and the spring! I love swimming, it is my favorite sport! After swimming I worked on math. This year I am using Saxon math, and all my other subjects are bob jones. I worked on school for awhile and then I made an apple pie! I enjoy making pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries! I use Cyrstal Miller's oil pie crust recipe, and I think it works REALLY well!

Wednesday, November 7, 2007 - Allergies or cold |
Well my mom and I haven't been feeling a hundred percent lately. My mom got a cold, stuffy nose, itchy throat, and stuff like that. I have been taking my vitamins and the immune boosts, so my immune system is not as weak and susceptible to sicknesses. I did get a stuffy nose, but I think that it is allergies, but yesterday I did have an itchy throat. Anyway can everyone please pray that we will get all better, and that no one else will get sick.
Sierra also hasn't been feeling the best either (That is why she hasn't been posting). She , well I will just say that she thinks she ate something that didn't agree with her, and she threw up several times a couple days ago. Please pray that she will get all better as well!
Well tonight my family and I went to Awana's. there wasn't as many people tonight as other nights. There was a lot of people that didn't come.
Tomorrow some of my other friends are coming over for awhile. Their mom and dad are taking adoption classes. I am hoping that I will finish school quickly so we have more time to play.
For the last few days my mom and I have been going to a gym that is 15 minutes from us. Mom and I wanted to get back into shape, we're entering the holiday season, were there's turkey, ham, pies, mashed potatoes and gravy, and all that good food that has a tendency to pack on the pounds. My mom and I usually do the tred meal, and some of the weights, and other equipment that they have. My favorite thing to do there is the boxing bag, I think it is really fun to punch the bag ( I know that sounds strange, but it is a big stress reliever) . Anyway, the gym owner is really nice and he was timing me to punch the bag for one minute without stopping, and then a one minute brake. We did that three times, and my knuckles were so sore and VERY red . Well at the time I wasn't that sore, but today I am REALLY sore . My shoulders hurt so bad. It hurts to pick up anything more than 5 pounds, or to stretch out, or anything that is stretching the muscle. My mom and I are going back to the gym tomorrow again, we took a brake this morning since we were so sore. We leave to go to the gym at 5:45 in the morning, so we are back by 7:00 am so dad can go to work.

I am so sorry I haven't posted. I have been busy at my friend's and mine blog. Well it has been beautiful here for the past several weeks. Sunny and feeling like fall! it has been chilly and it freezes in the nights, but it is really nice. I don't like it when it is soooooo hot out, fall and winter are my favorite seasons!
My mom, me, and my brother Jared went to town today. Jared has been sick off and on for the last 3 weeks. My mom made an appointment with the doctor, to make the long story short, he has a sinus infection, and his sinuses are stuffed full. The doctor gave my mom some medicine for Jared. He has to take it once a day for 5 days. Please pray that he will get better soon, and sleep well at night.

Hello Everyone,
I just thought I would tell everyone that my friend and I just got another blog on homeschoolblogger. Our Blog is TwoFriends , when you get a chance you should check it out!
Well On Monday my family ans some of our friends wrapped meat. A week or so ago, my dad butchered our bull Lucky, and our friends also butchered there cows, so on Monday we wrapped most of it, and tomorrow we are wrapping the rest.
Well how is everyone doing? My family is doing well. School is going pretty fair. My dad is making me a dresser. The dresser I have now is falling apart, my dad does woodworking and I asked him is he can make me a dresser and he said yes. I can't wait till it is finished! The drawing looks very beautiful!

Saturday, October 20, 2007 - Long Time Since I have Written an Entry |
Hello Everyone,
I am so sorry that it took me so long to write a new entry. I have been VERY busy. I will try to update you the best I can.
Lets see, vacation was pretty fun. It was VERY cold there. My Mom, me and my brothers visited some of the little town shops, and I got a WhiteFish, Montana shirt, and a pair of very pretty earings. It was a very scienic drive going to WhiteFish, there were a lot of cows and horses on the way. And every time my family and I drove past a pasture full of cows, Jared (my youngest brother, he is 1-1/2), would point to them and say cow, cow,cow, moooo. It was sooooooo cute !
Towards the end of our vacation my brother Jared got sick, he got the stomach flu, he puked several times in the hotel room. My mom and I did the best we could to cleen it up, but the smell still stayed in the room for awhile. The next day we started back home, I got a sack from the hotel room just incase Jared had to puke again, Thankfully he didn't, but then I must of caught what Jared caught and I puked 4 times in the car and once we reached home I puked another 5 times, and then I was a little better the next day, but my stomach was still turning a little. To make the story short we all got it, thankfully it is a short illness. My brother Jared is still sick, he puked again today, and he is fine for several days and then he will get sick again, if you all could pray for him to get well that would be great. But everyone else is doing well now. Vacations are nice, but I always like it when I am back home.
Well everything is going well, it has been VERY rainy and clowdy. It has also been cold as well, at nights it has been in the 40s and during the days it has been in the 50-60s. I like the fall, but the downside is all the rain. Where I live we get probably close to 20 inches of rain in the fall. What is all your girls and guys favorite seasons and why?
Yesterday my dad and my dad's friend butchered our bull Lucky. Lucky was getting kind of mean, he would charge the tractor or our truck when we would go feed. And we were getting low in our beef. The one thing I do not like about butchering is the smell, it stinks terrible.
Well my brother Matthew and I have started swimming lessons a week ago. This Monday will be our second lesson. My mom organizes a homeschool swimming lessons. There is two different sessions one is earlier than the other, and the homeschool group has 22 kids in each session.

Thursday, October 11, 2007 - Vacation |
Hello Everyone,
It has been awhile since I have posted, so I thought I would post a quick post. I am currently on vacation with my family. We are staying at this beautiful hotel in WhiteFish, Montana. They have a computer, so that is why I am posting. My dad has some meetings that he had to attend to up here, and it is sooooooooooo beautiful! So we made it a vacation. We will be back home on Sunday. My brother and I are starting swimming lessons on Monday, so we HAVE to be back. Ok Back to the hotel, the pool is sooo cool. It is indoor/outdoor. It has a little tunnel that leads to the outside pool, and it is really cool!

Ok We went to Glacier National Park, and I took several beautiful pictures, That I will share when I get back to the computer at home. I thought Glacier Park was pretty, but there were barely any animals. My family saw 1 duck, 1 bird, and three Squirrels. I thought Yellowstone had a lot more animals and was a lot more preetier.
Ok, I am done with brekfest, and I need to go up to the room, and see what we are going to do for the day!

Saturday, October 6, 2007 - Busy Week and a Half |
Hello,
Ok I have gotten two more awards!!! KennyHA awarded me the You Make me Smile award. And TheWedhornFamily awarded me the Reflection award!!!! And I tried to put TheWedhornFamily as a link, but it wouldn't let me do it. I will award the You Make Me Smile Award to...... KennyHA and Kember!!!! And the reflections award goes to..... Point510 and Mustang!!!
Ok Well, My Friend Sierra came over Oct 1-4. Her mom and dad went on vacation, so she came to my house. After we were done with school, we watched a movie sometimes (the movies we watched were (The Lake house, Gidget, and one other movie I forgot the name of) and sometimes we played Zoo Tycoon, which I thought was extremely fun!!! And we also went outside, and I groomed my horse. I had a very good time!!!
I am doing very well with school!! With my writing my mom let me write a story of my choice, fiction or non fiction. I am having fun writing it!!! And I am doing well in the rest of my subjects!
Well I have came down with a cold. I have the itchy throat, swollen tonsils( I think that is how you spell it), cough, with mucus in my throat, nose running. And I think I exclaimed just about everything, and also that you feel miserable. My Little brother Jared also has it. If you can all pray that we get well that would be great!!!
Well I will not be able to write an entry for another week and a half. My family and I are going on Vacation. My dad has some business meetings in White Fish, Montana. So My family is going up there. It looks sooooooooooooo beautiful!!! We will go to Glacier National Park, and several other places. I will post when I get back!!! We will be leaving this Monday, and we will be back Sunday the 14.
It has been soooooooooooooo rainy and cloudy here. I do not like it when it rains it is soooooooo annoying.
Emmet ( our dog), is doing better! His leg was broken in several places, but the vet said when it broke the bones stayed in place. We are all thankful for that. He has a case, and he has to keep it on for 3-4 weeks, and he is NOT supposed to get it wet.
Well tomorrow is church and it is getting late. I will write soon. I will try to post pics of our vacation. No promises but I will do the best I can.

September 25, 2007- On Tuesday my dad was working at his shop and our 10 year old Black lab/Springer Spaniel named Emmett was laying under my dad's little pickup. My dad went to go up to the house for lunch and he didn't see Emmett and he accidently ran over him, and he got out and saw him and picked him up and caried him to the side of our driveway, we think he only ran over one of his front legs, because that is the only leg that is very swollen and he doesn't walk on it, but he walks on the other legs. We have called the vet, but we haven't gotten a call back yet, and we might have to take him to the vet office. But he has really bad hips and he has already had surgery on the, but they are still really bad, and he won't let us pick him up because it hurts him and he trys to bight us when we try to pick him up. But we hope the vet will call back soon!
September 28, 2007- Today was our first night of Awana for the year. Just in case you do not know what Awana is I will tell you. Awana stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. And Awana is a club that teaches kids about Jesus. They have 15 minutes of story time and then you have books that have verses in them and you memerize them and say them to a leader, and they check it off and you get points for game time, and whoever's team wins at gametime gets a mini candybar, and the other kids get to have 1 piece of candy as well. They have different age groups as well, age 3-5 is cubbies and my mom and dad are the leaders for cubbies, grade K-2 is Sparkies, grade 3-6 is TNT ( which stands for Truth and Training), and they have a Jr.High Group, and our friends are the leaders for the Jr. High group. It is a very fun group to be in!!
September 27,2007- Well today my mom had to go to work, so my brothers and I are staying at my aunts house till she gets done with work. I am finished for school today, which is a BIG relief. And that is about everthing that is going on.

Monday, September 24, 2007 - Awards, and Dangerous Fire |

Ok now I will post about what I have been doing for the last several days.
Friday, September 21, 2007- Ok well, my mom, me and my brothers had to go to town to pick up a welding helmet for my dad. After we were done picking it up we went to a park for a picnic. The park is very nice and has a river nearby it is very pretty park and it is very peaceful. After our picnic, we did some school and mom took the boys down to play in the water.
There was a fire that is in a town about 15 minutes from were I live. It took place in an old building that a company used to store wood stove pellets, shavings, and some other things. They do not know what caused the fire yet, since it is to hot to have people go in and check it out, but they think it was caused from something inside the building. The fire was so big that a friend of my mom's could see it from the the post office, which is a good 1-2 miles away.
Ok I am going to skip Saturday since I can't remember if we did anything important on that day.
Sunday, September 23, 2007- Well yesterday my family and I went to church. Since the church that we go to is in the same town were the fire was, it was pretty smokey. And after church when we drove past the spot were the fire is, there were still flames were the building USED to be. They still haven't been able to see what caused the fire yet or if there was anyone in the building when it caught on fire.
Monday, September 24, 2007- Well today I did school, I am doing very well in school so far, and I am doing especially well in Math. I really like the Math this year. I am doing Saxon Math. It explianes the problems very well and it is easy to understand. Next week my friend Sierra is coming over to my house for 3 days. Her mom is going on a vacation and Sierra is staying at my house. One of the days we have planned for a movie night. My mom is going to take us to the store to get ice cream and a candy bar for each of us, and one of my mom's friend's let me borrow some movies, and we will just have a fun time! Well it is getting late and My mom made some homemade chocolate cake, which I NEED to go eat. LOL!!!

Wednesday, September 19, 2007 - Chiropractor Again! |
Hello,
Yesterday I went to the chiropractor, again. I had three rips out of place. No wonder it hurt so bad, the funny thing about this whole thing is that I just went to the chiropractor a week ago, and got mt neck and back popped back into place. The Chiropractor said to take it easy and NOT to lift anything heavy for three days. He said that the bones need to heal. My mom calls me the accident- prone child. After I got an adjustment, my mom had to get new tires for our car, the tread was wearing out. Well on our way to get new tires, one of the old tires, must of had a hole in it and was really low on air and was going flat. Thankfully we made it to the tire place in time. While our tires were being changed my aunt met us and we went out to lunch. I was very hungry, and I was glad there was a restaurant nearby!
Today my mom, me, and my brothers went on a nature walk around the farm. We found several cool things, and the weather was so nice!!! It was around 70 degrees, it was just right. A couple days ago, my mom and dad got new cell phones. My dad got a water proof one, some of the work he does he has to wade through water and stuff and a regular cell phone would get ruined. My mom got a Krazer, which I think is really cool!!! A little while ago we downloaded three ringtones. The songs my mom picked were Luck Man (by Montgomery Gentry), Independence Day (by Martina McBride), and God Bless the USA, and I am not for sure who sings that one.

Monday, September 17, 2007 - !School! |
Hello Everyone,
September 14, 2007- The Keith Urban concert was really really fun!!! He did an awesome job! The concert didn't end till around midnight, so my mom, me and Jared spent the night at my aunt's house, instead of driving home, when we were really tired. I love my aunt's house!!!
September 15, 2007- I slept in till around 9:00 am. My aunt made french toast, which I love!!!!! And after we ate we went garage saling! I like going garage saling, I think it is really fun!!! I got 3 things. I got a pair of brand new BLUE flip flops (blue is my favorite color) , and I got 1 tank top, and 1 long sleeved shirt. After we were done garage saling mom, me , and Jared went home, and dad made dinner. Which I thought was very nice!
September 16, 2007- Yesterday my family and I went to church. My friend went to the early service, so I invited her to stay for Sunday school! And after church my family and my friend, and I went to a restaurant for Pizza. They have really good pizza!
September 17, 2007- Today I started school!!! I am doing Bob Jones Science, Grammar, and World studies, and the World Studies activity book, I am doing Saxon Math, and I am not for sure what kind of spelling I am doing. I really like all of my school books, and I am hoping that I will do well in school this year!
My neck Is doing a little bit better, and then today I was doing something and I popped my back, arrrgghh .
For dinner we are having biscuits and bean soup( the bean soup is really good!).
Well the weather has been rainy,cloudy, and cold. Yesterday and Today, we had to build a fire in our stove. It is around 50-60 degrees and it rained last night and tonight. The rainy season has began.

Hello bloggers,
September 12, 2007- Yesterday I did some computer work for my dad. I would work on my dad's stuff for a little while and then as you can see I added several different things to my blog, a cbox, and a bible quiz ( which is below my friends list). I took the bible quiz and it is a lot harder than you might think, I got 2 incorrect out of 10 questions. I thought it was fun!!!
September 13, 2007- Several days ago I popped my neck on accident. I was stretching my neck, because my neck was very sore, and then I heard a pop, and then I could only move my neck one way and it hurt to bend it back. So today I went to a chiropractor and he popped my neck back into place, and he also popped my back.He is very gentle and he does a very good job. And my neck feels a little bit better now . He said I need to ice my neck several times tomorrow and several times today and my neck should feel back to normal in a couple days. He said since the muscles were strained for several days, it takes 2-3 days for them to heal, and feel normal.
Well I will be starting school very soon!!! 4 days to be exact, I am kind of excited. My main priorities for the rest of the year are school, working with my horse(giving her grain and grooming her), cleaning out the chicken coop, and cleaning out the chicken boxes, and any other things I left out, which I am sure I most likely left several things out, and my mom will most likely remind me very soon . The current book I am reading is Nancy Drew/Hardy boys. So far it is pretty good, Nancy Drew/ Hardy boy Super mystery is the title, the book is about Nancy working on a case, and the Hardy Boys are working on the same case, but the don't figure out they are both working on it till the middle of the book. I have only read two of the Nancy Drew/ Hardy boy mysteries, and I liked them both!
Tomorrow evening my mom and I are going to a Keith Urban concert!!!! I like a lot of his songs, and if you haven't heard any of his songs you can go towards the bottom of my music box and there will be some of his songs!
Well that is all I have to write for now, I will post again soon! When I start school I will most likely only be able to post three days a week.

Tuesday, September 11, 2007 - Busy, busy, busy |
Hello Everyone,
It has been awhile since I have posted. I will update you on the days that I didn't post.
September 8, 2007- I went to my friend's house on Saturday. My dad left to go hunting the day before Saturday, they were hunting for elk.
September 9, 2007- On Sunday I went to church, and after church my family and my friend went to an Awana postluck. It was very fun, and the food was great!!! My dad and Matthew got home from hunting, unfortunately they came home empty handed.
September 10, 2007- Yesterday I cleaned my room, it looks a little better, I just need to finish folding my clothes and my room will be CLEAN! It was very hot yesterday, it was around 95 degrees, we went to a boat moorage that is near us, we played there, but the water was VERY low and you could touch for two feet and then it dropped off abuot ten feet, so we didn't play there for a long time.
September 11, 2007- Today my mom had to go to work, she had to leave around 6:00 am  and she won't be back till around 5:00 pm. Dad stayed home from work and is doing some different things around the house. My dad is going to make a stall for my horse for the winter. We would put her in there in the nights, and when it is extremely cold.

Hello everyone,
I do not have a lot of things to say right now, But I do have several recipes that I would like to share with you!!!
Now I thought these recipes sounded really good! I am hoping that my mom will make them for dinner some time!
Lemon Chicken
1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large carrot, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 can(14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
1-1/2 cups rice
1 cup frozen (thawed) or fresh broccoli
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
In a skillet, cook chicken, onion, carrot, and garlic in butter until chicken is lightly brown, about 5-10 minutes. In a bowl, combine the cornstarch and broth; stir in lemon juice, lemon peel, salt if desired, and rice, add to skillet and bring to a bowl. Reduce heat; add broccoli and parsley. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes or until rice is tender.

And then for dessert you can make.....
Chocolate Caramel Bars
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans, optional
1 jar (12 ounces) caramel ice cream topping
In a bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. stir in butter until crumbly. Set half aside for topping. Press the remaining crumb mixture in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans (optional). Whisk the caramel topping and remaining flour until smooth; drizzle over top of bars. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours before cutting. (MMMMNNNN, my mouth is watering)

Thursday, September 6, 2007 - !Pictures! |
Hello,
Yesterday my mom and Matthew had to go to the dentist. Matthew had to get the rest of his cavities taken care of, and I not for sure what my mom had to have done. While they were gone I babysat my brothers! Well lets just say that it is not the easiest job in the world. And Jared was a little whinny yesterday. He wanted to be held all the time.
Today my mom had to go to town to work, so Jared and I are staying at my aunt's house, and Matthew and Luke are staying at my grandma's and grandpa's house. My aunt took me to Wal-Mart so I could get some fabric for making baby blankets. I found several different kinds of fabric that I thought were really cute! Just in case you were wondering, I make baby blankets for my uncle, who gives them out to the people he knows who are going to have baby's, or the guys at work, who's wives are going to have baby's. When I get a chance I will take a picture of some of the blankets I make and post them on here. Speaking of pictures, I am planning to post some pictures of me and my friend, and some just of me on here soon! My friend and I are planning to get together and take some pics, so we can post them on our blogs. I can't wait till I can post them on here!
I will be starting school on the 17th of September. In a way I am looking forward to it, and in a way I am not. But I hope that I will have a good school year and do very well!

Tuesday, September 4, 2007 - Pedicures and manicures! |
Hello everyone,
Well, I will do the same thing as the the last entry, I will tell you what I did on the days I didn't post.
September 2, 2007- My brother Jared had a fever for several days, around 101-102. We were giving him motrin, and his fever would go down for a little while, then it would go back up. We think he was teething. We went to town, and mom got these cool patches to put on his head, he didn't like it at all, and would not keep it on, but now he is much better and he has not had a fever for 48 hrs. My friend came over and spent the night at my house. My mom has a foot spa, and that night we used that a gave each other a pedicure. It felt soooooooo good!!! We also watched several different movies.
September 3, 2007- Happy Labor Day!!!! My mom, my brother Matthew, Sierra, and me went to a near by tennis court and we played tennis. I am not really good at it , but my mom and Sierra are very good, towards the end I was a little bit better, but I will need LOTS of practice. That night for dinner I made potato salad and we had hamburgers. MMMNNNNN!
September 4, 2007- Today is rainy. It rained really hard last night. It looks like it is clearing off a little bit, and maybe later on in the day it will turn out to be a nicer day. It is supposed to be really nice the rest of the week around 75-80 degrees. I have been cleaning my room pretty much all morning. Then when I wasn't cleaning my room I went outside, and since we haven't been going to the gym lately, I run laps around the house several times a day, for exercise. I run about 10 laps and by the time I am done I am ready for a big glass of water. Then I come inside and do some setups and push ups, and then I am done, it is quite refreshing.

Friday, August 31, 2007 - Updating! |
Hello Everyone,
Well I will update you on the days I haven't posted.
August 29, 2007- I was getting kind of board of the way I organized my room. I moved my bed and desk and I think it looks a lot better. Every other month I like to reorganizing my room. Also on that day my dad and I planned a birthday party for my mom. My dad ordered a cake and we invited several of my mom's closest friends, and our grandpa and grandma.
August 30, 2007- We cleaned the house that day. We invited about 10 guests, and of course the house has to be spotless. My mom had a good time visiting with her friends. I had a pretty good time to, I especially loved the pizza and cake, mmmmnnn.My mom got some jewelery, a foot spa, and some flowers.
Today, August 31, 2007- Today we had to go to the dentist. I had to get celence on my teeth. Just in case you don't know what that is, they put it in your molars to level them out, so cavities can't go in them.That took around 30 minutes for them to do that. My brother had 5 cavities, so it took a lot longer, but they only fixed three of them today, and he has to go back in a week to get the others fixed. The dentist said that I did a good job keeping my teeth clean, and that I had nice teeth, which I am thankful!
Tomorrow, September 1, 2007- I can't believe that tomorrow is September, summer has gone soooooooooo fast. Actually the whole year has gone by really fast. Tomorrow is my mom and dad's 17th anniversary. I hope my parents have a nice anniversary!!!

Tuesday, August 28, 2007 - Babysitting! |
Hello,
Today my mom had to go to work in town. I babysat Luke, and Matthew and Jared stayed at my aunt's house why my mom went to work. Luke is a very busy three year old boy. The nice thing about babysitting him is that he loves to be outside. And in our front yard we have a sandpit, and he will stay out there thirty minutes to an hour playing with his tractors, and the other toys he has set up out there. And after that he will come in side for a little while and then he will go back outside and play again. When he grows up he said he wants to live on a farm and raise cows and he wants to own a John Deer tractor.
While Luke was outside I cleaned up the house a little. I cleaned the burners on the stove, I swept the floors, I cleaned the kitchen, and cleaned out the sink. The kitchen looked a lot better after I was done.
My grandma is not feeling very well today. She went to the doctor the day before yesterday and when she got home she didn't feel well. And now she can barely get off of the couch. she has a horrible headache. Can you please pray that she will get to feeling better.

Monday, August 27, 2007 - wedding,friend,and game! |
Hello,
The wedding was lots of fun! The bride was so beautiful! I got to see several friends I haven't seen in a long time. I got to see one of my friends mom and dad, which I haven't seen in a long time. They are missionaries in the Philippians. They have been missionaries there for I think 3 years.They are taking a little break, and are in the states for 7 months before they have to return.They are really nice people! They used to go to the church we used to go to, and when they left, their mom asked if I could write to her sons, I said yes.
Yesterday I spent the night at Sierra's house. I had a fun time! We talked, played Nintendo, and watched a movie. She has to be one of the coolest people I have ever met!

Friday, August 24, 2007 - Updating! |
I am sorry I haven't updated my blog lately. I have been very busy. Lets see, yesterday my mom, me, my brothers, my aunt and uncle, and my grandma went to a bowling place called Big Alls. I had a very fun time. After that I spent the night at my aunts house, that evening I got to watch High School Musical 2, I thought is was a very good movie. Then today my brother Jared had a doctors appointment, and my mom picked me up after she got done at the doctors office.
My brother (Matthew,7 yrs) spent the night at our cousin's house tonight. Our cousin has a football game tomorrow and he wanted Matthew to come and watch him.
Tomorrow my mom and I are going to a wedding. One of my mom's best friends daughter is getting married. I love going to weddings!!!

Tuesday, August 21, 2007 - Busy, Busy,Busy!!!!!!! |
"WOW", what a busy week!
I got home from fair on Sunday evening. I had a fun time, although it was very stressful, aggravating, and towards the end of fair I was getting grumpy and tired. Vixson did an excellent job, even though we did not get to do all the classes. The night before showmanship I decided to give Vixson a bath. I never had used the conditioner on her before, but I have used the Shampoo on her. I washed her and made sure that I got all the soap out , and then I gave her water and food and clean shavings and went on to camp. She did very good in showmanship and the next day I noticed she had some bumps on her skin. They weren't that big at the time so I thought maybe it was some fly bites. The next day she had huge bumps all over her body and several of them had popped open and the pus was draining out of them. T found the vet and she said that they were hives, she said it was most likely the conditioner, since we never changed our hay,grain,supplements, saddle pad,or anything else. Every two to four hours she said to give her a bath and to wash the hives with Epsom salt. That whole day I could not ride her, but I kept on doing what the vet said and the next day she was back to normal. Later on I found out that it said on the bottle to dilute the shampoo and conditioner with water. Well next time I will know.
Today My brother ( Matthew), My mom, and I went to the dentist. My brother had five cavities. He has not been the best on brushing his teeth lately. The dentist said I had very nice teeth and I did a very good job brushing. It was very nice to hear that, I have been trying to brush my teeth twice or sometimes even three times a day. I never really liked yellow teeth. I like that dentist a lot and they are so gentle.
Tomorrow we are going to work around the house and take it easy. On Thursday we are going to meet my aunt and uncle and go bowling. I love going bowling! It is really fun!!!! My aunt and uncle are very nice and they have to be one of the nicest people I have every met, and defiantly my favorite aunt and uncle.
Well I thing that is a long enough post I will try to write again soon,

Tuesday, August 14, 2007 - Decorating stalls, and gone again! |
Hello bloggers,
Well, on Sunday afternoon my friend Sierra came over and spent the night. We had a good time. We watched several different movies and we stayed up till 3:00 am. The next day we played a Nancy Drew PC game. The game is called, The Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake. It is an awesome game, she let me borrow it and right now I am stuck on one part and it is very aggravating.
Yesterday our 4-H group decorated our stalls. They look very nice. We decorated with streamers, our posters, and some other different things.We went to the barn at the fair grounds around 2:45pm and we came home around 6:30pm, and we only had 6 stalls to decorate. I was defiantly tired when we got back home.
This will be my last post for 6 days. I will be at the fair grounds and I won't have enough time to come back to the house and write a new entry. I will be leaving around 3:00 pm today and I will be back around 6:00pm on Sunday. And after fair my life will be "pretty much" back to normal.

I want to say thank you to everyone for the comments. I never expected to get so many. Thank you to... Kember, Mustang, EmilyD, SuperHorseSteader, Hanemlee, RachelsReasoning, Sierramist, MandieAnne, Meme2173, Pointe510, Beth, Sam7260, April in RI, and KennyHA and thank you to anyone else that I might of forgot.
Horse Camp, Our Horses, and Fair......
Horse camp went pretty well. I learned a lot of different things about, English, Western,Gaming, Grooming, and a lot of different things. It was very long and towards the end I was very tired and couldn't wait to get home and go to bed. Everyday we would get up a 6:45 am and then we would be released around 9:30-10:00 pm and by the time I took a shower and got ready to go to bed it was 11:30-12:00pm it was defiantly a long 4 days.
Vixson is doing very well. We have both been learning new techniques . I got her a pair of riding boots, that help with her arthritis. They help support the joints while you are riding. She doesn't mind them on the front legs, but she doesn't like them on the back legs.
My mom's horse Star had an abcess in her hoof. Just in case you don't know what an abcess is, it is a infection in the hoof-leg area. It gets to where they can barely walk. And we called the vet and the vet cut a little part in the hoof, so that the puss and the gross stuff that is in there can drain out.
Alright, I will tell you different things I am doing to get ready for fair. Fair is the 14,15,16,17,18, and the 19. I will most likely not be able to post on those days. To be able to go to fair you have to do a poster,( my poster was on arthritis in the horses joints), on your project, ( my project would be my horse). You also have to turn in a record book and you also have to attend a work day. Which was the 4th of August. On the work day you have to clean up the stalls, ( wash them with soap and water) put fresh shavings in them and the aisle. Our 4-H group worked from 9-12. It is hard work getting ready for fair and also during fair. My dad has made saddle racks for us, which is nice, this way we don't have to leave our saddles on the ground in our tack room. We have had several different people come in and teach us different things about English,Western, and showmanship. Which is nice, because it is all great information.
Lord of the Rings....
I finally have watched Lord of the Rings. I thought it was awesome!!!!!! My 5 favorite characters are.... Legilis, ( Not for sure how to spell his name. The person I'm talking about is the guy with the blond hair and the boy and arrow), Gimli, ( The dwarf with the red beard), Aregon,( Not for sure how to spell his name either.), Pippin, ( one of the hobits), and the elf( I think) with the black hair, I think her name is Arwin. And I am going over 5 but I also like Sam and Erowyn ( the girl with the blond wavy hair).
WOW, this is a very, very long entry and I hope you enjoy reading it. I will try to post another entry tomorrow, but it will have to be in the morning. I have to do stall decorating in the evening at 5:00 pm. I am glad to be back on HSB, and I will write again tomorrow.

Ok I will not be able to post for 1 month. I know it will be awhile. I got grounded and that is all I am going to tell. It will be awhile, but in that time I will have a comment contest. Lets see in one month how about my goal will be 30 comments. I think that sounds reasonable. The rules are that you cannot leave more than one comment a day. I can't wait to read them August 12.

Wednesday, July 11, 2007 - Warm! Did I mention Warm |
Hello Everyone,
Wow! It has been so warm! Yesterday it was 100 degrees. We went to town yesterday, my mom had to go to work. Jared and I stayed at my aunt's house. She has air conditioning in her house and it was so nice. Around 6:30pm we went home and our house wasn't to warm. The worst part of it was that we had 15 bees in our big windows in the front of the house. My parents don't know how they got in. All the windows were shut and the doors were shut as well. My dad thinks we might have a hole somewhere.
Tomorrow my family and I will be leaving to go to horse camp. I will be gone till Saturday evening. It will be a long week. The weather is not supposed to be to warm. Today it is supposed to be 100 and Thursday is supposed to be around 90 and Friday and Saturday around 80-85.
Tomorrow is my friend Alexandria's birthday. She is coming over today in a little while. Her mom and brothers and sisters wanted to get something for her birthday and while they do that Alexandria is going to come over and visit. I haven't seen her in awhile, so it will be nice to see her again.
I want to thank the people who did the habits/facts game. I enjoyed reading all your facts and habits.

Monday, July 9, 2007 - !!!!Game!!!! |
Hello,
I am going to do a game on my blog. I have to write eight different facts about myself the instructions are.....
Each player lists 8 facts/habits about themselves. At the end of the post, the player tags 8 people and posts their names, then goes to their blog and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been taged and asking them to read their blog. ( I might not get around to that part, either!)
1---I love mystery books!!! One of my favorite mysterys to read are the Nancy Drew series and the Red Rock series.(AWESOME BOOKS)
2---When I was seven I was thrown off of my horse and had to go to the hospital for 3 days. I had to have 8 stitches in my ear and I had some other injuries on my head. I thank God I had NO broken bones.
3--- I like a lot of movies but some of my favorites are.. The Hiding Place, ( it is about a family during World War 2 who were helping jews get across the border, later on they were cought and sent to one of the worst Cocentration Camps in Holland. While they are there they are trying to keep their faith alive as well as their lives), I also like Pirates of the Carribean, and a couple others I can't remember the titles off the top of my head.
4---I have been riding horses since I was two.
5--- When I was around three my dad and I went horse back riding and I rode behind him on his horse. And while we were riding I fell asleep and dad caught me before I got to relaxed and could of fell off.
6---My two favorite ice creams are Blue Goe and Licorice!! MMMNNN!!!
7---I love Dolphins! and I collect dolphins! ( of course not real ones, but I wish)
8--- Ok the very last fact, HHHMMM! 6 years ago I sent a letter to President George W. Bush,( It was a school project) and I got a response a couple weeks later thanking me for the letter. And to this day I have it in a frame in my room.

Sunday, July 8, 2007 - Cookies! MMMNNN! Molasses |
Hello everyone,
Today my brother woke up and he wasn't feeling well, he hasn't been feeling well for the last several days. My dad toke him to the doctor awhile ago and the doctor said that he had an ear infection in both ears. The doctor gave us some medication and I hope he will feel better soon. While dad and Matthew were gone mom and I made three different kinds of cookies. It is supposed to be in the mid 90s untill Thursday, so mom decided to bake today and we are going to freeze some of the extra cookies so we can take them to horse camp. I am going to post one of the recipes. I hope you enjoy!
Lo-Cal Molasses Cookies
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
In a mixing bowl, beat oil, molasses, 1/4 cup sugar and egg. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and cloves; Cover and refrigerate for an hour. bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are set and cracked at the top of the cookie. YEILD: 2 dozen.
Molasses Cookies are my favorite cookie, and I hope you enjoy the recipe.

Saturday, July 7, 2007 - A lot to tell! |
Hello bloggers,
Well it has defiantly been a busy several days. Yesterday my mom,grandma,my two little brothers,my friend, and I went to some garage sales. I got some cool stuff. I bought some jewelery, movies, and some miscellaneous stuff. While we were in the middle of garage sailing my grandpa called and said that our bull ( male cow) got out. So we had to come home and put him back into the fence. And then we went back and finished going to the sales that we did not go to yet.
Hmm, let me think of things I have done today. Around 10:00am I went down and groomed my horse. I gave her some grain and MSM ( MSM helps with her arthritis in her knees) while she eats the grain I groom her. This weekend is horse camp , so I am trying to take her out everyday and groom her. I also walk her around and work on her showmanship.
A little while ago I made some bread. I use Crystal Miller's recipe. I think it is very good,especially when it comes fresh out of the oven. MMMM NNN!
Well that is all I can think of writing for now!

Hello Everyone,
The Beach.....
The beach was very nice. we stayed at a nice hotel that had a free brekfest between 7-10. Which I enjoyed!It was very nice weather while we were there, between 65-70. I got some wonderful pictures of the ocean and other things. I just have to transfer them to the computer and then a j-peg file and then I will be able to post them. So it may be awhile, but I will try to post them on here as soon as possible. We stayed at the beach Friday,Saturday, and came home Sunday afternoon. It was nice being back on the farm.
Today....
Today I went to our neighbors to do some yard work for them. They are very nice and Bill ( our neighbor) helped me do some of the work. It will take a few days to clean it all up. Last year he cut down the blackberries that were covering his fence line. My job is to clean up all the blackberries and dried branches and leaves and put it in a trailer. It will take awhile, but it will look a lot better when it is done.
4th Of July.....
The 4th of July is tomorrow. The fireworks and all are cool, but it is also good to remember the true meaning of Independence Day! The weather is supposed to be in the mid 90s tomorrow. It will defiently be very warm. Today it was between 80-85. It was very warm. I hope everyone has a very fun and enjoyable 4th. I think that is all I have to write. I think that will keep y'all busy reading for a little while.

Friday, June 29, 2007 - The Beach! |
Hello Bloggers,
The day before yesterday I had to go to the doctor to get some shots. I had to get a Tetanus and meningococcal shot (I might of misspelled those words). I think I had a reaction to the shots, because yesterday I was really sick. I could keep nothing in my belly (I think that is the nice way of putting it). I started feeling much better towards the evening. My mom called the doctor and the doctor said to give me something that has a good amount of sugar in it. I guess it helps your belly or something like that. The doctor said to give me some Sprite or Sierra Mist. My mom would give me several tablespoons every 10-15 minutes. I felt a lot better that evening and I am about normal now.
We are going to leave today to go to the beach. So I will not be able to write a new entry for at least 3-4 days. I will try to take some pictures while I am at the beach and I will try to post them as soon as possible. I am all done packing and I helped the boys pack. We are going to leave when my dad comes home from work. He is going to come home earlier today, (around 1:30-2:30) That way we can get to the beach around dinner time. It is a three hour drive. Tuesday, June 26, 2007 - Update! |
Hello Bloggers,
The day before yesterday I spent the night at my friend's house. We played cards and watched some movies. The movies we watched are... Twins (Starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny Devito), Calamity Jane ( Starring Doris Day and Howard Keel, I thought it was a funny and a very good movie), And an Agatha Christie Movie, The Mirror Cracked (Starring Elizabeth Taylor,Rock Hudson,Angela Lansbury,and Tony Curtis). Those are all very good movies and fun to watch.
Let me see, I can update you on things that are happening on our farm.......
The Garden is going ok. We got some sweet pepper plants and some tomato plants. We have a few stalks of corn that the rabbits left behind. We are going to buy some corn plants in a week or so. We have two rows of beans and the rabbits have not touched them YET. Either, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow I will be doing some yard work for a neighbor. Our neighbor wants me to bring my horse as well, so my horse(Vixson) can eat some of the taller grass in his yard. I bet Vixson will enjoy eating it, although I don't think she needs it.
This weekend it is supposed to be very nice and my family is thinking about going to the beach. I can't wait!!!!!! It has been awhile since I have been to the beach and I am looking forward to going. I will try to get some pics. And I will try to post them. It might be sometime though. Well I think that is all. I hope you enjoyed reading it. I tried not to make it to long.

Saturday, June 23, 2007 - Hay! |
Hello Everyone,
Today we are getting hay. Dad hired a couple of guys to help him with the hay. We have to get 15 ton of hay. It is a lot. Well in the winter we have 6 cows ( and possibly more this winter), and 4 horses. In the Winter we usually give them 2 bales of hay a day. The hay is very nice. It is 75% alfalfa and 25% Timothy grass/hay.
Yesterday my mom, me, Matthew,Luke,and Jared went to town. We had to take the bacons and ham to a butcher shop to have it cured. we also went to Wal-Mart and we went to get some Chinese food. I like Chinese food it is one of my favorite dishes.
Tomorrow is church and I might go to my friends house. Well that is about all I have to write. It has been kind of mellow here.

Wednesday, June 20, 2007 - Testing |
Hello everyone,
I will update you on what I have been up to the last few days.
Yesterday....
Well Yesterday I started testing. We ( the other kids who are testing as well) are tested from nine to twelve-thirty. And the lady who tests us lets us have a little brake in between tests. She is very nice! After I got home from testing I checked the eggs. I am getting around seven eggs, but we have a rat or a ground squirrel that is eating the eggs. I hope we catch whatever it is that is eating the eggs. I know it is not a chicken, because usually half the shell is gone and the egg shell is on the ground or by the the nest.
Today.......
Today I finished testing. I tested above average in everything. I worked hard and I am glad I tested well. Today I also had the pleasure of wrapping meat. We butchered our 4 pigs. We wrapped two whole pigs and a half of another pig. Tomorrow we are going to wrap the rest. I don't mind wrapping the meat, but the smell of the pig is what gets to me. Well that is what has been going on around here for the last couple days.

Monday, June 18, 2007 - Long week!!!!! |
Hello bloggers,
Well it has been several days so I will try to update you on what has been going on at the Williams farm.
Today and Yesterday.....
Well today is my dad's 43rd birthday. For dinner we invited a couple of my dad's and mom's friends and we are going to have a barbecue. My mom made homemade cake and frosting which looks delicious.
I cleaned out our camper and got it looking nice for horse camp. And boy did I have a lot to clean. I sanitized everything and swept the floor, and did other little things. I can't wait till horse camp. I got the last bit of accessories that I need for horse camp. My mom ordered me some cowboy boots. I got some brushes for cleaning my horse and making her hair soft and clean. I got a hoof pick and hair bands for braiding her hair.
Further on in the week.....
Tomorrow is testing for my school. I love testing I think it is really fun. And I am praying that I get good grades and do well in my tests. The lady that does the testing is really kind, so that makes it more enjoyable. Well I can't think of anything on the top of my head. Oh, I think we all should give Amanda Dixson (SuperAngel) and Jocelyn Dixson (Amusing reflections of a country girl) a hands up for putting together the Homesteading Carnival. If you haven't checked it out you should they did a very well job.

Thursday, June 7, 2007 - Aunt's b-ay |
Hello everyone,
Today is my aunts Birthday! She is turning 42 and can you believe she is a grandma. I think she is to young to be a grandma. She is a very nice aunt, she always calls me Sis I don't know why but she does. Maybe she calls me that because I am a sister to 3. I don't know but I don't mind it, but there are a lot better nicknames for me than Sis. "Oh Well"!
Thank you all for your prays for Vi I will update you when I hear any word. I also need some pray for my other friend Alexandria. She is 11 and yesterday she was doing a handstand and forgot to stand on her hands and she stood on her head and popped her neck. when she went to the Chiropractor it was very swollen and he did not want to pop her neck incase of further damange. She is going to the doctor to have X-Rays (and she should be there right now) and pray that it is nothing serious and will be easy to fix. Well I guess I am just full of pray requests.
Today we went on a field trip to Wild Oats(the organic grocery store). It was very interesting. Some of our friends went and my cousins and us.

Wednesday, June 6, 2007 - Vi needs your prays! |
Hello everyone,
I would like prayer for an old friend. She is very good friends with my grandpa and when I met her I liked her and now we send letters and emails back and forth. She is older she is in her mid 80s. Anyhow the reason I would like pray for her is because she has pneumonia, she was released from the hospital or is going to be released soon. I would like pray that she gets much better and that it won't get any worse.
School has went ok today. my aunt made me do an hour school and have a 5 to 10 minute break and than another hour. After three hours of work my aunt let me have a 30 min break. I am trying to finish the rest of my literature and writing booklet ( the schooling that I am doing this year is ACE and you have what they call paces, and they have anywhere from 27 to 43 pages in them,and you have to complete twelve of those in a year. I am on my last one in literature and writing.). In literature and writing I have a book I have to read with each pace. The book I am reading with this one is Treasures of the Snow. It is an awesome book so far. I was surprised. It is sad as well, but I recommend you read,you won't be disappointed.

Tuesday, June 5, 2007 - my aunts house and CPC! |
Hello everyone,
Sorry I haven't been on in a while. It has been a busy week. I have been trying to finish my school and if everything goes well I should be done by Friday or Monday of next week.
Today my mom,brother(Jared), and I are going to stay at my aunt's and uncle's house. My mom is doing some training for work and didn't get done till around seven-thirty,so she did not want to go all the way home. We will be staying in my aunts spare bedroom. I like her house a lot. After school she lets me watch tv which I think is cool. My family does not have cable or stuff like that at home, we can only watch dvds or vhs,which is cool as well.
All the animals are doing well. In July I am going to horse camp. I will be bringing Vixson. Horse camp is sooooooooo fun,we do a lot of activities.
The Walk for Life was so fun. I won first place in my age group. I raised a total of $1,492.00 . it is a great cause and think of all the women and teens and babys I have helped. I am very glad and I thank all the people that has sponsored me,from the people my mom works with to my grandparents,they helped me raise this much and I couldn't of done it without all the people that sponsored me.

The last few days my allergies started to prove that they are there. I had a stuffy nose, sore throat, and a headache. I am feeling better now that I started taking my allergy medicine. I totally do not like allergies.
