My Girls and Some pics of our homestead...

Ok... Here are the pics you have all been waiting for. Or at least I hope you all want to see them!! You can click on the pics to make them bigger.     Here is Dulcy, she is my Appaloosa/QuarterHorse. She is really beautiful. I love her coloring. These AWESOME pics were taken by Paulie. Here is one of Estrella, she is my QuarterHorse/Appaloosa. She is a beautiful Sorrel with some spots on her rump. There is Dulcy behind her.  They are never too far apart. Here is one of them both together. They are soo happy to be out in the pasture. But they balded our grass so they haven't been out in a couple days. Here is our GREAT fence that Dad built for the horses. Now they can get out more than before. Isn't it a great fence?? We are planning on fencing our whole 2 1/2 acres. We have it in 2 sections, so when they eat one they can go to the other. Of course, right now, they have eaten both sides b/c we hadn't had much rain. But it has rained almost everyday, not alot, but some, so that is good. Hopefully, the grass will grow more!! Here are some BEAUTIFUL pics of some flowers we have growing around our windmill without the actual windmill. Here is a morning glory. We have had these since I can remember moving here. They are soo very beautiful!! I LOVE this picture!! Here is a new sunflower that had just come up the day or two before. They are so pretty!! Here is another flower we have growing around here. A Pansie. It sure is purdy!! This is a flower pot I got for Mom for mother's day. She planted some African Violets in it. Mom just got some chicks this past week. This is going to be a new experience for us. Our lives are full of new experiences. LOL!! I am sure she will be posting about them as she just took some good pics of them. SO be sure to check over at Seeking Rest on the Homestead often. And my fav pic... Hannie and Lucy!! Well hope you all enjoyed my pics post. This is our life. Whoa... Your horses are beautiful. What beautiful children. I love the picture of them. My toddlers are 2 and 3 and I miss the baby days :) Have a blessed day and thank you for sharing your pics.

I can't see your pictures, but that is not unusual. Not many people's pictures show up for me. I think we have blocked what most everyone uses.. I just wanted to say that as I read through your side bar of all your beliefs that you are a very amazing young woman. You are walking a very counter-cultural path, one that is oftentimes very lonely, as my daughter has found out. But I applaud you for walking the road less traveled and for being an example to other young ladies. Be blessed today!
