Update

It is definately time for another entry! I have to say that my goal of simplifying and slowing down is just not happening! It seems the harder I try, the harder and busier things have been getting lately.

We did cut out one of my daughters activities. Now my son and daughter each have only one extra activity per week. This really isn't much, but I still feel so busy. I really need assistance in the area of organizing and grocery shopping as well. It seems I was at the grocery store almost every day last week. Now that's just crazy! Due to my special diet, I am always looking for that one little thing I need. I have never been a big meat eater, but with very little options for food now, I have to eat meat, and it must be organic. This is good, as far as my health, but it is not easy to find a lot of organic meat in my town, and when I do, I just about faint when looking at the price. So, I have been getting a bit here and there, and praying I will find some new options for organic meat. We've talked about raising our own chickens, but it seems like a lot of work. My son, being rasied in a small russian village, states he has a lot of experience butchering them. I may have to put him to the test.  My brother's wife works for her dad's grass fed beef company, so I may also need to give them a call. And, I was just blessed with a dozen and a half eggs from a former patient's of mine new egg business. He is a 12 yr old boy who lives nearby, who is very interested in chickens, so he started his own business. My first eggs were just delivered yesterday. Yeah! So, as I write this, I can see how God is working all this out, and putting everything in place to meet my needs, as He always does!

I am not one to view much t.v. or movies but we decided to go to a movie today. We saw "End of the Spear". I am speechless, that's all I can say.

I will work on updating this much more often, as soon as I get my life back to a normal pace, which I hope begins tomorrow!

God Bless,

Michelle
