Thank God I'm a Country Boy...

My parent's finished laying stone on the walls of the back porch.  I helped them as much as I could in the hot, hazy sunshine.  Thankfully I didn't get burned, but my mother did, as usual.  Later on, T and I had dinner there.  He got off work early because of the holiday.  Jess, Bobby, and Lilly were there for some of our visit, but Jess had to work 3rd shift, so they left around 9:30pm.  I was very disapointed in myself because yesterday I had cheese curls, and alot of of them, and I also had a piece of a stromboli for dinner.  That means I strayed from my diet which I've been on for three weeks now.  Well, to make a long story short, I ended up losing four pounds this week on diet alone.  I barely exercised at all!  Imagine if I'd stayed with the diet completley and exercised how much would I have lost?!  That's my goal for this week, to stick to it.  This is very important to me, and my health depends on it.

PS.  This means I've lost a total of 14 lbs in three weeks!  YIPPEE!!!

I can't believe you still lost this week! If it had been me, I'd have probably gained from the cheese curls alone! =)

Seriously, you're doing great! And only one day of "cheating" isn't too bad....

Congrat on the weight loss..When I diet, I always tried to eat what I crave and not hold off on it..Like if I am wanting chips, I eat the little 25 cent bags on the onset of the crave instead of resisting and later eating a 1/2 of the LARGE bag..A candy bar, I eat 1/4 instead of the WHOLE thing. Just thought I would share that...lol....Keep up the good work...Debbie
