Thank God I'm a Country Boy...

It's been a few days since I updated.   My little neice Lillian had a fever of 103 a day or so ago.  I was very worried, as was my sister, and she was taken immediatlly to the doctor.  I learned something new that day.  I guess when babies have their teeth coming in, it can cause a fever.  Never knew that!  Well, that was what the doctor said, so my sister was just to give Lilly Tylenol a few times per day.  Well, I guess to make a long story short, she's fine.  On another note, my parents and I decided that we're going to let my chickens be free roaming.  I wonder though if this is a good idea?  I don't think predators are really a problem because the neighbor lady has her turkeys just wondering here and there and they're fine.  I'm more worried about the road in front of the property than anything else.  I guess we'll just have to wait and see how they do.  I just feel bad with them being stuck in the coop all day long.  They've eaten all the grass from the run area.  I'm sure they'd appreciate being "free".  Well, gotta run!

Sounds like your sister has a great doctor.
So many doctors today claim there is no relation between sick babies and teething. Yeah, right.
Still, an epsom salt bath does ease discomfort.
