I was just reading thru some of your blog and noticed that you visited Michigan. We went there for the first time this summer and your so right about the water! Wasn't it beautiful? I had no idea the lakes were so beautiful. We didn't go over to the Island. We stayed in St. Ignace and Sault St. Marie. After looking at your pictures I wish we'd visited the Islands.

...the cold out with garlic and orange juice! Well, not mixed together! :) You can put added garlic in meals, which helps burn out a cold, and the orange juice is a faster absorbed vitamin C for your system. Also, ginger and hot peppers with any foods can help benefit your system while fighting a cold.
