I checked the weather this morning and forecasters are predicting *SNOW* showers Friday! Our average high for this time of year is 65 degrees not 35. I wonder if it will all come together and actually happen? As long as it doesn't accumulate and just looks pretty coming down, I'll be happy. Yesterday I went to Antique Depot with my mother to look for dressers and wardrobes. We did find a few nice/reasonably priced things, but most things had sky high prices. I guess you really have to look hard to find what you want and at the price that you want. I saw some Jadeite salt and pepper shakers for $45 and I really want them. Maybe next time, if they're still there. Well, today should be a good day, I'll update later.

I agree with the antique prices. Perhaps you could find some antiques at a second hand store? We've often stumbled across antiques hidden under layers of paint. A quick strip of the paint and a new finish and walla, beautiful!

And I'm excited about snow here in our area as well on the weather notes. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
