Thank God I'm a Country Boy...

My sister finally had a day off work yesterday, and I was thankful to be able to spend some time with her.  We went shopping in town.  She had to return some of the scrubs she bought last week, because they were a bit snug on her.  Afterwards we went to Target, one of my favorite stores.  I bought a CD that I've been wanting, and it was on sale for half off.  They had the cutest "wicker" pumpkins wrapped in white lights that I really wanted to get for my front porch, but they were a bit pricey-- $48.  Maybe after the season is over they'll be cheaper and I can buy one for next year.  :)  I came home then and listend to my CD for awhile, watched some TV, took a nap, and then went to my parents house.  My father was in quite a mood, so I ended up being the middle man while they were fighting.  *sigh*  That's never fun.  But, I talked to my dad privately and explained some things to him, and I think he realized that he was wrong.  It's terrible when I have to do that, but I have a gift when it comes to breaking up their arguments.
