Thank God I'm a Country Boy...

Well, I have good news, and not so good news.  The good news is, is that the wedding went beautifuly.  My sister was gorgous, Lilly was well behaved, and I was able to accept Bobby into the family with open arms.  The weather was the only problem.  We got three inches of rain on the wedding day.  There was some minor flooding, but nothing too bad.  My sister and Bobby are on their honeymoon now, in Fripp Island, South Carolina.  I've been there before, too, and it's a wonderful little place.  It's very family oriented, quiet, and private.  I just pray there are no hurricanes in the next week.  My poor sister already misses Lilly.  She's staying with the Bobby's family half the week, and then with my family the second half.  OK, now the not so good news.  I didn't get babtized.  And it wasn't because I didn't want to, because I did and it was so important to me, but the pastor aparently wasn't aware that he was babtizing three people.  So he skipped right over me.  My sister didn't say anything either, because she didn't want to interupt the prayer.  Oh well.  I'll just have to set a date for me to get it done.  Well, I better be going.  It's Labor day and looks like nice weather.  Dinner should be nice at T's mother's house.
