I'm back from the doctor's office. My physical went alright I guess. I have to take Blood Pressure medication now and I have fatty deposits in my liver which is a sign of Diabetes. So I have to have more blood work done. I'm feeling kind of bummed out because I feel so unhealthy right now. But, I have to look at the bright side.. I don't have cancer or anything major, and the things I do have I should be able to change with a healthier diet and excercise. I guess I better go throw away that cake I made...

Well, I admire your willingness to take an active role in your health. It's so easy for me to read and learn, but then slack when it comes to implementing.

One of the most important things I have learned lately that's health related is about Ph balance and how the alkalinity/acidity of our bodies is what causes aging and break down. (A friend gave me an excellent CD by Tony Robbins...)

If you're interested I can try to email the audio files. I've been listening to it over and over! All scientifically based and very logically explained, cutting edge stuff. It's helping me understand WHY I need to change, which helps. =-)
