Thank God I'm a Country Boy...

Today was terribly hot out.  I very much dislike this weather... hazy, hot, and humid.  I must have sweated off five or six pounds today, just doing nothing.  I woke up early today for the air conditioning guy to come.  Then I went over and checked on my chickens.  My new car did wonderful going over the mountain road.  The chickens were ok, they only laid 3 eggs today though, and I need to clean out the coop soon, it's getting a bit stinky.  haha.  After that I went over to babysit Lilly.  She was very good, and didn't even cry once.  She just laid on her pink blanket and watched her mobile go.  She is so adorable!  I can't get enough of her.  Oh, and my sister got to see my new car.  I was afraid she'd be upset and jealous, because right now she's using my mom's car because the one my grandparents bought for her is a stick and she won't try to drive it. Well, she wasn't upset at all, thank Goodness.  I was afraid of that.  I acutally felt kind of bad to be honest.  But, I feel better now.  This evening T and I got chinese and then we went to show my grandparents the new car.  My grandfather is a car freak, he owns several, including Mercedes and Jaguar.  He just loved it, said it was beautiful, and that it should run great.  So I was happy it passed his inspection.  haha.  Well, I'm home now, and I have a fan blowing straight on me, this heat is killing me.
