Thank God I'm a Country Boy...

We had a light snowfall last evening, only about 2''.  But it sure was beautiful as it was coming down.  It stuck to every single twig on the trees, creating a winter wonderland.  Our peak wind gust was 48mph at the nearby county airport.  I spent the afternoon at my mom's farmhouse, just talking and having a nice time.  We talked about how I want to learn how to can my veggies this summer, and she thought it was great idea.  Well, I'm going to help my sister do some housework here shortly, must be going!
