We spent Christmas Eve at my parents house today.  We opened gifts and had a light lunch.  Mom prepared a simple buffet with lots of deli meats, cheeses, pickled veggies, chips, and hoagies and onion rolls.  For dessert there was fudge, Magic Cookie Bars, mixed nuts, and chocolate chip cookies.  We had a wonderful time playing board games with the kids while the men watched football.  The weather today was quite chilly and it started raining late in the afternoon.  They are forecasting snow flurries for Christmas Day.......we'll see.
