Sunday's Sunshine...
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. Psalms 23:1
I was so blessed to have witnessed a most beautiful sunrise this morning. Then it was off to the grocery store to pick up a few needed items. They were on sale ( a real sale), plus the store had sent me coupons...so even more savings. One coupon was for a FREE dozen large eggs. Wahoo!!!
Back home again to bake a loaf of bread. Then, Kim and her family arrived at 9:30am for breakfast. (I just love spending time with my family.) My BIL dismantled the entire dryer for a thorough inspection. Thank God, no charred wiring! He cleaned it all up and has to order a part. Once the part comes and he puts it in, he'll put the dryer back together and it will be in working order.
After they went home, I made a batch of Chocolate Chip Cookies and am in the process of working on N's Homeschool stuff...Lesson Plans, etc...
Hope ya'll enjoy the rest of your day and evening.

Hi, I just happened to notice the 'title' of your blog on the 100 newest posts and was interested in what you were going to say about it...
I had a question since you didn't comment- when you read that quote, what does it mean to you? That you will be having no needs unmet, that any need you have that isn't fulfilled is probably not a need, that you shouldn't want anything more than you already have? I just wondered because I'm not sure what I think it means.
You don't have to answer of course!

Thank you visiting our blog.
What does Pslams 23:1 mean to me?
HE IS EVERYTHING TO ME!
HE is my shepherd (pastor), my joy, my Savior, my Redeemer, my peace, my provider, my healer, my need supplier, my best friend, my comfort, my ... EVERYTHING! Oh, the list goes on and on.
There was a time in my life when I thought I knew what was best for me. I was soooo wrong. I have since learned that He is the one who knows what is best for me. After all, He is the one who created me. And He is the one who knows me better than I know myself. He knows us all better than we know ourselves.
