I'll Have the Ornery Prevention for Lunch, Please

What compost do I use? Actually, I'm a horribly slothful composter. I
take a summerfallowed patch of garden and till in the veggie scraps for
the year over the summer.
As to a natural cure for grouchiness, vitamin deficiency once again
seems to be a key factor. Over at my other blog, you'll find the Recipe for the Cure of Sheer Orneriness.
Also, if you're one of those who hits the homepage of my other blog
occasionally, you'll see there that I'm disappearing into the Canadian
wilderness till October. I just have too much going on, so I'll be back
in the "civilized" realm of cyberspace then.
It must be going around....

...b/c I have been hit with it, too. Nice that all can recognize it for what it is and attempt to work around it and look for relief! Last month was awful here.....one to remember. I wonder, too, if it's not garden related...coming off a big, busy, fruitful summer and looking down the barrel of school and fall and general busyness and loudness. Hmmm....
Where are you?
