Miss Jocelyn is a wonderful Christian young woman out to encourage other young women to follow 2 Timothy's scripture on being modest and feminine in your dress and actions.  She is doing a wonderful job and I'm so excited for her in this new endeavor.  My prayer is that she will help other young women to know that you can be feminine and modest, and COOL.
