Jonash .... Two of a Kind Working on a Full House

A Little About Me:

I'm Ashley - a wife and mother. That says so much and yet so little. I adore my husband. He is my other half and understands me the way I thought no one ever would . . . . **************************************** I love being a mommy, yet it is the most challenging task I've ever faced. I'm almost 27yo. Come Jan of '09, I will, Lord willing, birth our third child at home. So far we have two sons, Samuel & Elijah. We don't want to miss out on somebody, so we are trusting God with spacing and numbers! That my life is an adventure can't be denied. I am so thankful to be a temporary traveler on earth with the husband God has chosen for me and the children He has given. He does all things well! ********************************** I'm deeply in love with Jesus Christ and I want to live life surrendering evermore of it to Him. I do not know the future, but I trust my Father does. Storms, sunshine - I don't know what's best for me and I think sometimes we mistake blessings as curses because we can't see the eternal perspective. I only live because He sustains me and I owe every breath to His majesty. ************************************** Other than that, I'm a country girl living in the city for now, and I'm trying to bloom where I've been planted! Maybe some of my ramblings will interest you; thanks for stopping by!

Thu-1-May-2008 - We Hate Children

Posted in From my soapbox . . . .

An excellent sermon. I've never heard anything by this preacher before, but I enjoyed this sermon. WOW!

Go to this LINK  to hear the sermon.

"In spite of all the professed concern for children in our day, the truth is, we hate children...We hate children because we see nothing wrong with killing those that are inconvenient, untimely, disruptive or who have physical defects or even are not the sex we desired...We hate children because we refuse to have them...We hate children because we love ourselves...We hate children because we hate God and distrust Him."

We have absorbed so much from our culture . . . and this is one of them. We really don't trust God that children are good things . . . so sad! The world has been under-populated for over 30 years . . . WOW. I did post about the documentary Demographic Winter? If you don't realize that the population myth has been debunked, please go watch this beautiful clip about the very scary future of Europe.

Blessings,

~Ashley~

I had a little girl ask me once what I thought about abortion. I told her.
She asked me if I was:
'one of those people who stood in front of the clinic and screamed baby killer".
I said "no......the mother already knows what she is doing.
I would have the same affect if I stood in front of Target and screamed at every woman walking in "YOU'RE A WOMAN".
They already know what they are.

I told her that 99.9% of the women walking into that clinic are doing so with seared minds and hearts.
Not 'fear' not 'undecided' not 'rape' not 'incest' not 'the life of the mother'.
I could offer them a home to live in if they wanted to keep their baby. I could offer a home for the baby if they didn't want to keep the baby. I could offer them the sun moon and stars. But their minds and hearts are seared. All I can do is pray.

Last week I prayed for an earthquake to open the earth here in Indiana and swallow up all the clinics so she wouldn't do this again........no quake, she's not pregnant anymore............And Jesus, is still on the Throne.
Now, I have to love her with HIS Love.......because in my flesh, I have none.
