You may have seen on my sister’s blog in the past few weeks about the music-artist Carman. I grew up listening to Carman, and so far, in over 20 years, there hasn’t been anything questionable or worldly about his music. We all have our favourite songs we like, and one my particular favourites is The Prayer Anthem or Our Father Who Are In Heaven. This song is the prayer that Jesus told his disciples to pray when they asked “Lord, teach us to pray”. This prayer describes the life that Christians should strive to live. Our Father’s Will be done, forgive others, resist temptation, love all, and so much more. I also really enjoy the video of this song because it is sung to an Irish tune and filmed on location with Irish dancing. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a video with good pixels so it is kind of blurry so this will have to do.
Hello there! My name is Jocelyn (that’s Jos-e-lyn, btw); I am a 16yo, homeschooled student, who is striving to be a Godly young woman and follow the Scriptures wholeheartedly and diligently...
I hope to share my Homestead experiences here and learn from others...I live on a small hobby farm where I have 7 Nubian goats, plenty of chickens, and a few dogs. We love our country home and the normalcy of being away from "everything". Blessings to you and your visit here!
