My new veture-- blogging

    Well I have enjoyed reading friends blogs and this week I heard a program on the radio and I realize I need to move up in the real world and start my own Blog. So here goes.....
      I'm trying hard right now to be on a "retreat" to gain back my health, as I was told by my Dr. that the cortex to my adrenals is not doing it's job and where it should be humming a tune...all my mine are doing according to the lab tests is a low buz z z z so, now along with what she put me on I need to rest-- and listen to my body's cues and Lord willing in a few month I  should being to feel energized and enjoy life and maybe even start to travel with my dear husband...again.
