I'm a wannabe too! I work FT and live on a little spot of land in town, so don't feel like a homesteader at all sometimes. But that is where my heart is, so in the meantime, I just post about whatever comes to mind (even if it doesn't seem relevant to homesteading). There are other wannabes out here too, so don't feel alone and go ahead and post! We'd love to hear from you!! Jenna :)

WELCOME! I am new to blogging, but feel so at "home" here. I come on line to write and then just read and read. Feel like I have made some special new friends and really enjoy hearing about what is happening in the lives of gals all over our great country. I live in Southern Oregon and have just retired after 30 years at Harry & David. Later in the summer will be moving to Pendleton (in the NE corner of the state) to be near my daughter. Welcome, Karen. I'm new to blogging as well, and I guess a 'homestead wanna-be' too. So far this has been a very friendly group and I hope that you post more - I love reading other blogs.
