Sunday Sweet Sunday

Hello everyone

I just thought I would pop in and say HI!! Today is a day of rest that is just what I plan to do. I am going to doodle, craft, and paint til my hearts content. I Lord and I will enjoy a nice quiet conversation as my hands do His work.

A friend and I were IMing last week and we asked ourselves.... "what does it mean to me to prosper"? Well I thought about it all week long and really felt in my heart that Prosper to me means "using the gifts the Lord has given and blessing others with them". I love to make things for people, sometime anonymously even and if it weren't for the creativeness the Lord has blessed me with I wouldn't be able to do those things.

I have found something new that I am really enjoying and that is Swapping at www.swap-bot.com . So now, not only am I creating new watercolor painting and drawing ATC's (artist trading cards) I am actually making animals out of 32 count matchboxes and sewing little animals out of self-made patterns. It really is a lot of fun. If you are a crafty person you should check it out too.

This has really helped me do things I LOVE to do as well as continuing my love of teaching my children, being a wife, mother and a friend. God has given me a gift of creativity and I plan to use it.
