Powerless Sketches
Due to heavy storms here last night (July 22nd) we were without power (thus the 'powerless sketches) from 10pm to 8am today, but I kept right on doodling anyway. (well until 2am that is)
I decided to work on a few challenges from a blog list I am on, and came up with this for #1
Draw your shoe. Now mind you this is just the sketch. I will be adding color to it later today.
Then for Challenge #2 draw a desk lamp I decided to do this one... 
There is a lot of detail in this one but I will be adding color to it as well. Not bad for doodling in the dark huh?!!

I keeep forgetting you have 2 blogs... all the stuff I have been missing. I started a blog with this host too, not sure what I'll use it for yet though... maybe stories, poems and drawings, or maybe some of the things I preach at church. Who knows?
